Everything was great. A nice and welcoming place. The raviolini del plin were amazing. If I had to find a flaw I would say the zabaglione: for me it was a bit heavy, more beaten egg than zabaglione, but on this I have a very high point of reference.

Authentic Piedmontese trattoria that offers excellent traditional local dishes. My partner and I chose the tasting menu and were completely satisfied: each course was a true masterpiece of flavors! The service was on par with the cuisine: friendly, smiling and surprisingly fast staff. The prices are absolutely justified, especially considering the quality of the raw materials and the attention to preparation, faithful to tradition. In short: an experience not to be missed for those who want to taste true Piedmontese cuisine. Highly recommended!

We had dinner with 6 people, coming from Rome, eager to taste the typical dishes of Piedmontese cuisine. The owner was truly exceptional, for his welcome, availability and friendliness. The quality of the dishes (we tasted practically all of them), truly excellent! A zabaglione capable of reviving you. All accompanied by excellent Piedmontese wines and local herb liqueur. Really compliments. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Kleines piemontesisches Restaurant mit kleiner Karte. Die Karte ist die gleiche wie auf der Website (QR-Code auf dem Tisch einzuscannen). Das Essen ist sehr gut und wird auch rasch gereicht. Wie in vielen Restaurants in Turin sind die Alkoholika eher teuer (Bier 6 Euro) das Wasser hingegen günstig (0.75l = 2 Euro). Die Gerichte sind nicht gerade etwas für Kalorienzähler (sind wir eigentlich auch nicht), aber sucht man beispielsweise Salat vergebens auf der Karte. Den gibt es schlichtweg nicht. Der „Russische Salat“, der als Vorspeise offeriert wird, besteht zu einem grossen Anteil aus Mayonnaise. Die Pasta sind wirklich der Hit. Spezielle Kombinationen (Mezzelune di ricotta e spinaci con salsa di nocciole e rucola), sehr schmackhaft und eben auch noch ausreichende Portionen. Den Service fanden wir leider nicht des Essens würdig. Erst einmal warteten wir vor der geschlossenen Tür in der Kälte, da der Chef alle Gäste, die um 19.30 Uhr gebucht hatten, um exakt 19.31 Uhr hineinliess. Dann war die Bedienung kurz angebunden/wortkarg und fragte bei keinem Gang, ob es geschmeckt hatte und am Ende auch nicht, ob wir zufrieden waren. Daher würden wir für das Essen eine 5 und für den Service ein 3 geben.
