The place is very cute, and the staff was friendly, quick, and courteous.
The dishes were all delicious. I had the veal with tuna sauce and fassona beef, delicious gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, a glass of wine, a liter of water, and a slice of truly delicious chocolate and pear cake. I recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time. We ordered two tasting menus that we shared between the three of us, the two of us and the baby. At the end, we were shown an unexpected kindness, which I heartily reciprocated. Highly recommended, especially the tagliatelle with sausage ragù—the baby would have loved it. Even the Russian salad, which I don't usually like, was really good. The only "normal" thing was the gnocchi, but they're a truly complex dish. See you next time!

I tried Dai Saletta for the first time on Saturday evening with my partner and we were pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness and quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff.
The two of us ordered an appetizer, two first courses, a second course, a side dish, water, wine, and coffee, and spent a total of €90. A fair price considering everything we ordered. We'll definitely be back!

Dinner for two, good food and adequate portions, attentive staff and short wait for dishes. If we can make one complaint, the atmosphere is a bit sparse and cold. Perhaps some background music and mood lighting could modernize the restaurant a bit!

A real surprise, far exceeding expectations! A Piedmontese piola to sample some of the great classics, in just the right portions at a fair price! All topped off with fast, friendly, and helpful service! The non-Piedmontese person was blown away!

A family-run restaurant with a modest menu, all traditional Piedmontese dishes. It was Sunday, so we opted for the €38 menu (appetizer, three starters, a main course, and dessert). The wine list is also excellent.
