I was looking for a place that served traditional Piedmontese cuisine, and the Salettas guaranteed taste, quality, and courtesy. Grandma's agnolotti and bonet were incredible.

Good food, accompanied by fast and friendly service. The restaurant is small but traditional; perhaps dimmer lighting in the evening would enhance the atmosphere. The tasting menu respects tradition, using high-quality ingredients. We spent €80 for two tasting menus, without wine. A suggestion: when the restaurant is half empty, it would be preferable to avoid seating customers near the bathroom door, to make the overall experience more harmonious.

08/02/2026: Even though it's only 200 meters from my house, I went there for the first time only recently, and it was a pleasant discovery. The pizza is very good, and the service is friendly and fast. I'll definitely be back!

31/01/2026: Actually one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Octopus carpaccio was tender and faultless, wild boar ragu with herby hints and a generous glug of olive oil and a rare filet steak that was like butter under a Gorgonzola sauce. My wife and I will remember this meal. Grazi!
