I was there last night with my partner. We enjoyed the traditional Piedmontese dishes, including the appetizer, first course, and second course, which were truly excellent. The wines are excellent, and the hospitality is superb. We'll be back soon. They accept dogs. Highly recommended.

Great place to try some local piedemont cuisine. Staffs very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave good advice on what to eat. We tried the veal with tuna sauce, the tongue as well as the pasta with meat and the ravioli. They all were delicious and well cooked. They have a wide range of wines which come from local vineyards too. Definitely worrh the visit.

Lovely little restaurant with Piedmontese cuisine. We had the rabbit with thyme and the gorgonzola tagliatelle for our mains, which we're delicious. The waiter was flexible with our orders as my wife doesn't eat meat, so they allowed us to order a first course for her second course. The waiter who served us also speaks Spanish, French and Russian which we thought was pretty impressive.

Tremendous experience. The service and food were unparalleled. This was our best meal in Italy. Stunning regional dishes with wine to match. The ravioli with butter and herb was the best pasta I’ve ever had. Receives my highest recommendation.

The best zabaglione I have ever eaten is here, the same quality for over 30 years! The mixed Piedmontese antipasto is also excellent. This time I did not have the braised beef in Barolo because of the heat, but the place has an excellent internal temperature. Always a pleasure to return to Saletta!
