Dai Pironcelli In Ameglia

My partner and I went to this trattoria two weeks ago. The hotelier where we were staying on vacation recommended it to us. We dined outside, under the fig tree, which seems to be the most sought-after spot because of the view. But I'd say the view, while beautiful, fades into the background once the service begins. The staff is friendly but very knowledgeable about what they're selling. We had two appetizers, two first courses, and a second course; we didn't get to dessert because we were already done. Every course was perfect, in my opinion. Everything was truly delicious, simply prepared but never banal or predictable. Truly, truly talented. I can't wait to go back. Oh, we only went inside to pay, which is a shame, because the dining room, though small, was truly beautiful.

This is confirmed by the decor, the candlelit dinner, and the tables outside the walls of the Ligurian village that surrounds it: Montemarcello. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable about the wines. The dishes amazed us: simple yet refined, with flavors reminiscent of Italy, of our grandmothers, yet with a touch of innovation. The management is family-run and welcoming; I already long to return.

Abbiamo pranzato in questo locale molto caratteristico e siamo rimasti molto contenti e soddisfatti per l’ottima cucina sembrava di essere non in un ristorante ma in una casa privata e la cuoca con una grandissima esperienza rispetta rigorosamente la tradizione del luogo , tutto molto buono merita una sosta Vi ringraziamo

We were lucky enough to be able to get a last minute table and were very impressed by the food. It was absolutely amazing! For me definitely one of the best dinners ever. It is a family owned/operated business, the waiter spoke English very well and the prices were very reasonable. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, the atmophere was very good. This experience made our day!

buona la qualità del cibo e giusto rapporto qualità prezzo…menu che non offre molta scelta ma che cerca di soddisfare un po’ tutti i gusti.peccato il locale un po’ umido causa riscaldamento spento.Da rivalutare nel periodo estivo.Personale gentile
