Even though the pizza isn't made to my liking, it's still a pleasure to eat and easy to digest. The atmosphere is very nice, very warm, and perfect for large groups. The beer is also very good, and the shuttle is worth trying if you're with a large group. Prices are medium-high (more specialty pizzas are around €12-14). The one I tried with olives and anchovies was very good.

A Bavarian-style restaurant located in the center of Pisa. The interior is welcoming, lively, and has a truly pleasant, vibrant atmosphere. The pizzas are excellent: light dough, quality ingredients, and well-executed pairings. This place also offers a wide variety of traditional beers. Service is quick, with very friendly waiters.
The only downsides were the 20-minute wait despite a reservation and the slightly high price (€28 per person for an appetizer for five, a pizza, a beer, and a dessert).
Despite this, I will definitely be back.

The food was delicious and fresh, and the prices were a bit high, but for a city center restaurant. The service was prompt and accurate. The space is a bit cramped and very noisy, typical of a pizzeria.

A must-try in the heart of Pisa for delicious, high-quality pizza. The dough is simply excellent, light and easy to digest. I ordered a custom pizza with Angus carpaccio, cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, and arugula...what can I say...sensational. Very fast service, and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Top.

A historic venue in Pisa. The menu is very varied, ranging from snacks to burgers (excellent), pizza (very good), and salads (also very tasty and fresh). The beer is really good and well-tasted. The place is truly beautiful and quaint. If you're or live in Pisa, you absolutely must visit at least once.

The meat was good, but I knew it, so I went for that. While I was there, I saw the pizzas being brought in and I couldn't resist, I had to try it, it was truly commendable.
