A very nice place to grab a pizza or burger. The food is very good, with a fairly varied menu and fair prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Even though the pizza isn't made to my liking, it's still a pleasure to eat and easy to digest. The atmosphere is very nice, very warm, and perfect for large groups. The beer is also very good, and the shuttle is worth trying if you're with a large group. Prices are medium-high (more specialty pizzas are around €12-14). The one I tried with olives and anchovies was very good.

A Bavarian-style restaurant located in the center of Pisa. The interior is welcoming, lively, and has a truly pleasant, vibrant atmosphere. The pizzas are excellent: light dough, quality ingredients, and well-executed pairings. This place also offers a wide variety of traditional beers. Service is quick, with very friendly waiters. The only downsides were the 20-minute wait despite a reservation and the slightly high price (€28 per person for an appetizer for five, a pizza, a beer, and a dessert). Despite this, I will definitely be back.

23/12/2025: Gourmet pizzeria, unique, with a thick crust and truly delicious. The place is small and intimate, perfect for a romantic dinner. The pizzas are all unique and very different from the classic ones. Even the desserts are served with a special and attentive touch. The dough is well-made and doesn't puff up, unlike most pizzerias these days.

08/11/2025: Informal atmosphere, home-style cooking, fast service, and a friendly owner. A variety of menus to choose from at very reasonable prices. You can choose a maximum of two different menus per table, or two different first courses per table, etc. I recommend it if you appreciate informal, informal dining.
31/10/2025: A truly Pisan place, a trattoria with traditional dishes and good wine. The owner is kind and helpful, highly recommended!
