Dabbe In Pisa

I often go to this pizzeria, and I always find quality and service, so everything is "normal". This evening, however, my table was taken care of by a Manfredi boy who, together with others, gave excellent service to the point that it was inevitable to make it known , my warmest congratulations.

I hadn't set foot in "Dabbe" (as we Pisans spelled it at the time, until it absorbed the spelling and transformed it into its name) for at least 20 years. The various management changes that have occurred in the meantime have really transformed this place from a battle pizzeria into a high-level place, with a choice of burgers, beers and Bavarian dishes in addition to the truly wide and interesting pizza. The pizzas, however, are very good: light dough and studied combinations make them highly digestible and tasty. All at reasonable prices (2 appetizers for 6, 3.5 liter beer shuttle, and pizza for less than €30 each). The only flaw was the wait, which was initially a bit long, but we are talking about the evening of December 30th, and the fact that it was one of the few places open in Pisa. In my opinion an ideal place especially for groups and tables, I will definitely return.

This place is a vibe. Very good food and at pretty good prices. Great service and it's a fun place to hang and eat. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Eravamo in 5 e abbiamo preso: 1 porzione di anelli di cipolla e 1 di crocchette da dividere 3 panini che vengono serviti SENZA patate 2 pizze 7 birre alla spina 3 caffè 2 amari Per un totale di 170€, 34€ a testa. Mi sembra un po’ troppo per quello che abbiamo mangiato. La qualità del panino è normale, forse è l’univo posto che lo serve senza patate. Il servizio buono, bravi e veloci.
