A pleasant restaurant with excellent Italian food. However, reservations are definitely recommended, as it's always quite busy. Pizzas are also available for takeout; order, wait, and take away. There's a large parking lot right behind the restaurant.

Historic venue in the area, restaurant with pizzeria with wood-fired oven. Family-run place... mainly fish cuisine, although there is no shortage of land-based options.... family atmosphere....

After about 3 years from my last review where I gave three stars because of the high price on excellent but little food, I am forced to change because having come at least three more times later I noticed that the quality is always excellent and the dishes are the right quantity for the Italian palate. Compliments!

04/05/2025: I took one of the guided tours that are regularly offered so I could see the art collection, which was stunning and well presented. The only note concerns the guide himself, who has had this task for several years, but in my opinion not with that added value. She was undoubtedly prepared and showed great passion for what she was telling, but she was not an art historian. I am convinced that such a figure would instead have allowed us to grasp different nuances and details of such a rich collection which inevitably must be seen in a limited time. In any case, the visit is absolutely recommended. The collection, including paintings, ceramics, tapestries and furniture, is exquisite.

18/05/2025: I have been to this restaurant and I had a really good time. The place is very beautiful, surrounded by nature and perfect for a bit of a break. The food is good, the portions are right and the prices are adequate. The staff is kind and welcoming. A pleasant experience, which I gladly recommend.
18/04/2025: We ate there on a Sunday midday. Yes eat very well at a good price. The place is nice with a nice central fireplace. The only comment is that I would have preferred more generous starters and first courses.
