Great brewery with a large selection of home-brewed and very tasty beers!!!! Absolutely recommended!!!! I'm deducting one star because of the completely chaotic beer menu! A small, incomplete menu sits on the table, with a QR code to a slightly more extensive online menu, but this one has no descriptions of the beers at all. Then there's a link in the menu to a page with good descriptions of some of the beers. On the homepage, a huge collection of seemingly random beers they've brewed in the last few months or years... But it's not clear which beers are actually on tap, let alone a description. Even which Föaschem beers are available remains completely unclear. This chaos could easily be resolved online these days!

Si viviéramos en Roma, iríamos a cenar aquí cada semana. Elegante... gran vibra... la comida es fantástica! El pescado amberjack fue asado y condimentado a la perfección... Apoye este auténtico restaurante familiar. Es necesario disfrutarlo durante las próximas décadas. Cuando visite Roma de nuevo, esta será mi primera parada.

Very well looked after and welcoming place, the service girls were very friendly and quick. Very good beers, tried 3 types (they have several others) and I recommend all 3. They also do retail at a fair price for a craft brewery. Excellent food served. If you pass by, make a stop

11/10/2025: When I saw the aged steaks hangging in the window I had to have one. You won't be disappointed. Cooked exactly the way it should be. My wife had the veal, she was not exactly thrilled about it. The brick oven pizza look great.
09/10/2025: First time at this restaurant and immediately won over. Ideal for a dinner with friends, with a welcoming interior and a pleasant terrace for those who love to sit outside. We started with bruschetta with chicory and Cantabrian anchovies, supplì (truly superb), and potato croquettes with Chianina beef tartare. For main courses, we had gnocchi alla norma with swordfish, a hamburger, tuna steak, sirloin steak, and the gourmet "Stregati" pizza, and to finish, a tiramisu. The food is excellent, and the staff is friendly and attentive. It's definitely a place I'll be returning to soon, and I recommend it to anyone looking for an evening with friends, enjoying good food and a convivial atmosphere.

09/10/2025: I went last Saturday for a friend's birthday. First of all, there's a very convenient and large parking lot, they have large spaces and lots of greenery, and there are horses. Ponies and goats, yes I can buy carrots at the entrance!! The place is very nice both inside and out. It's a shame about a few things, starting with the service. I'll start by saying that the waiter who served us was always helpful, but he was alone serving several tables, so the service wasn't the best, obviously not his fault! The food: appetizer included cured meats, cheeses, and focaccia. It was all decent, the focaccia was very good. Two first courses: amatriciana, cacio e pepe, while for the children, lasagna or pasta with tomato sauce. Pasta with tomato sauce arrived after the adults' first courses; usually the children eat first. However, the lasagna was very good, the amatriciana was decent, the cacio e pepe was too dry, a shame! For the second course, there was suckling pig, which looked anything but suckling pig. It was terrible, with some old pieces that tasted rancid. I don't know if my friend mentioned it, but I hope so. It was really bad. The side potatoes were raw. Totally failed the second course! The cake, made by their pastry chef, was delicious. I don't like millefeuille, but I ate that. It's a real shame. I really liked the place!
08/10/2025: Plenty of outdoor space where children can run around and play safely. There are also many animals, including ponies that are occasionally let loose, which the children love. The food is always good, whether it's meat, fish, or pizza.
