Finally I had the honor of meeting Mrs. Vanda by chance.. what can I say... a story even after having a chat with her nephew... GREAT EMOTIONS!!! CONGRATULATIONS... WELL DONE💙!!!

Very good Frico, giardiniera too and also the ravioli, next time I will order the cooked salami I imagine it is very good. Pleasant atmosphere and ok service. The only negative note having tried the braciola, rather hard and bitter perhaps because of the grilling. We will definitely return.

Trattoria 10 minutes from Villa Manin, we booked and luckily found two seats outside. We chose a starter of bresaola, valerian and parmesan, delicious, price 8 euros. Spectacular asparagus pie, 10 euros. Wonderful carbonara 8 euros. A beef entrecote (200 gr) with potatoes 21 euros, tasty and cooked to our taste. We could have stopped here, but the tiramisu (5 euros) and the gubana with Verduzzo tempted us (8 euros). Quiet place. Calm and attentive service, staff who discreetly come by to check on your progress to clear the plates and bring the next course. Quality, service, kindness and price are definitely excellent. We will be back!

What can I say… We ended up there more by chance than anything else, and we immediately understood that it wasn’t just a simple frasca, as it had seemed to me before booking. Tables set with style, impeccable table service, truly excellent food, the grappa offered at the end and the price certainly lower than expected. A surprise from start to finish. These are the places we all need a little.

Una trattoria vicino a Villa Manin. Una conduzione familiare anche camere disponibili. Dovete provare il Frico migliore del Friuli, anche le verdure sott’olio. Servizio ottimo per un pranzo veloce, prenotare e’ sempre pieno !

14/07/2025: I've been here several times with my wife and have always been very satisfied with the quality of the food, the ambience, and the value for money. This time we were here with a group of 10 friends and, with the very attentive service, we were able to arrange a special menu (the same for everyone): a small portion of each of the offered starters for each of us, accompanied by the matching wine (from the in-house winery), and dessert at the end. The quantity was just right; all the dishes were very good and offered a good overview of Friulian specialties. The price was more than reasonable; we were all very satisfied. As with all good restaurants, always make a reservation!
10/07/2025: This place was recommended to us by the lady at our hotel. Although our expectations were already high, as it was described as the best in Cividale, they were not only confirmed but even exceeded. The dishes were each better than the last, the quality of the ingredients was exceptional, all accompanied by their excellent home-produced wine and, above all, the incredibly kind staff, especially the owner. Highly recommended! Thank you!
