Da Tonino In Capri

What an absolute delight! The whole experience was absolute perfection. Tucked away in a quaint spot, just a few minutes up the hill from the Piazetta lays a wonderful culinary experience with incredible assortment of home made breads, the tastiest olive oil you can have and the best assortment of dishes one can dream. We had a perfect balance of flavor combinations. The selection of amuse bouche was worthy of a Michelin star restaurant, so delicious it will raise the bar of what you want to eat next. Yum!! Our server was Eric and he was the most attentive, genuine and caring server we had in decades, what a delight. We highly recommend it as the best culinary experience in Capri. The only thing I missed was having a black truffle option on the menu, but their options were excellent.

Hands down, the best restaurant on Capri. Nothing like the usual tourist restaurants. Attentive and impeccable service, a stunning wine list with perfectly fair and balanced prices. The tagliolini with shrimp and gin and tonic left me speechless; highly recommended.

The chef delighted us with his cuisine, in an elegant setting, with attentive staff, a wonderful wine list..... I recommend it for anyone coming to Capri

Amazing!! Gave three different amuse-bouche. All delicious. Sommelier gave the best selections for pairing. The dessert was the best on the island.

Il ristorante, lontano dal caos della piazzetta, offre una cucina gourmet raffinata, con piatti curati nei minimi dettagli sia nel gusto che nella presentazione. Ogni portata è una scoperta di sapori bilanciati e ingredienti di alta - anzi altissima - qualità, sapientemente combinati dallo chef. Il personale è impeccabile: cordiale, attento e sempre disponibile senza mai risultare invadente. L’atmosfera elegante e rilassata rende questo posto perfetto sia per una cena romantica che per un’occasione speciale. Consiglio vivamente di provare il menù degustazione, che noi ordiniamo sempre per le occasioni speciali: un viaggio sensoriale che vale ogni singolo assaggio. Il posto preferito anche del mio papà!

Very delicious and good service

I was here on a summer evening for my girlfriend's birthday. One of the best dining experiences of our life. I can't say which course was the best among those we ate, from tagliolini with prawns and gin and tonic, to tortelli filled with cheese and pepper with mussels and lime. Each dish was anticipated by our extreme curiosity to taste it and if our stomachs had been able to, we would have tasted everything. The impeccability of the service was disarming, from the choice of wine cordially guided by a very expert sommelier, to the chocolates brought to us to break the wait for dessert. Capri, for me and my girlfriend, was a special place thanks also to this restaurant. We will absolutely be back.
