Da Tonino In Capri

We were there a few days ago, and what can I say? The cuisine was incredible, meticulously prepared yet authentic. The attention to detail was incredible, yet the flavors were reminiscent of home. The mixed pasta with legumes was perhaps the best dish of my entire Capri vacation!

Da Tonino is a true gem on Capri. Elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, outstanding cuisine with a creative twist on Italian tradition, and an impressive wine list. Service is warm, attentive, and highly professional. A must-visit for an unforgettable evening on the island.

Everything is delicious, Peruvian Caprese fusion is a must try.

A delightful dinner at this lovely restaurant in Capri. The location is very private and intimate, the service is attentive, and the dishes are refined. I recommend trying their Caprese (dessert) because it's truly worth it!

What a lovely dinner. The ambience is lovely, the service is excellent and the food deserves a Michelin star for sure. One of the best restaurants experiences we had in Capri and if you are staying along Via Tragara there is a short cut to reach the restaurant!

We had our best dining experience of the year at Ristorante da Tonino in June while staying in Capri. Food, service, atmosphere, everything contributed to a wonderful night. The tasting menu is definitely worth one if not two Michelin stars, the wine list is utterly impressive (40 items from the Jura region in France for a start!) and the master sommelier was kind enough to offer us a visit of his amazing cellar (30,000 bottles…). I can’t recommend enough this little long-standing family-owned gem, whose only fault is to be closed on Mondays, else we’d have returned for a second night in our 3-day trip. Thank you all!

Un’esperienza culinaria che si rivela sempre straordinaria! Il ristorante, lontano dal caos della piazzetta, offre una cucina gourmet raffinata, con piatti curati nei minimi dettagli sia nel gusto che nella presentazione. Ogni portata è una scoperta di sapori bilanciati e ingredienti di alta - anzi altissima - qualità, sapientemente combinati dallo chef. Il personale è impeccabile: cordiale, attento e sempre disponibile senza mai risultare invadente. L’atmosfera elegante e rilassata rende questo posto perfetto sia per una cena romantica che per un’occasione speciale. Consiglio vivamente di provare il menù degustazione, che noi ordiniamo sempre per le occasioni speciali: un viaggio sensoriale che vale ogni singolo assaggio. Il posto preferito anche del mio papà!
