Absolutely lovely little shop/deli with locally produced meats and cheeses a decades old family business and genuinely lovely knowledgeable family and so helpful absolutely must visit and taste their amazing produce
It is a small place in the hills of Matraia, a few tables including a terrace where you can see a splendid panarama, the entire plain of Lucca. Excellent food with typical Lucca dishes. Fast and very attentive service.
Our choice was a land appetizer for two, a portion of paccheri with truffle carbonara. Truly excellent.
Sliced for two with porcini mushrooms. Wine, water and two limoncellos total cost 60 euros.
Reservations are recommended.
Terrace with a great view, homemade tagliata - delicious and plentiful, cacio e pepe a poem. Absolutely fair prices, the staff speaks English. Clear recommendation; Be sure to reserve.

Buona accoglienza e disponibilità del personale.
Antipasto di pesce fritto gradevole (ma un po' salato), ottimo primo con pasta fresca al caffè e scampi ombrina con verdurine croccanti e. per finire, uno strepitoso sorbetto al limone con crema di basilico.
21/07/2023: Preisleistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Wir waren zwei Mal da, einmal am Fischabend. Dieser war exzellent. Fisch in Salzkruste am Tisch filetiert.
