Good, small Roman trattoria, with few seats and very strict rules. 2 shifts with fixed hours and limited choices due to the small kitchen. Good and express food, especially the first courses and the queue, slow service and the price is above the type of place.

If you are looking for a real Roman trattoria, you absolutely must try Settimio's dishes. The quality of the food combined with the familiarity of the lady who verbally presents the menu of the day to all guests in Roman dialect makes this place a point of reference in Rome

Osteria Dar Vignarolo.

07/05/2025: Good fraschetta. Average but nothing that will make you come back. Too scattered. More touristy than anything else. Too many distractions and waiting in the orders. Tiramisu too much cream.
04/05/2025: Fraschetta where the speed of service, quality, courtesy and friendliness are a constant, the only thing was the bill... which was far below everything tasted and experienced
