I really liked everything — both the service and the food. The mushroom pasta was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. I calculated the calories using the service mentioned in the photo — super convenient and quick! Now I can easily track my meals and recommend it to anyone watching their calories.

The food is great and the price is not high, one of the best combination for these things. The atmosphere and the service is not great though. There are two rounds of services, and the first one is very stressing for the guests, the second is just late.
Not recommended for a relaxed evening.

A true Roman osteria, excellent food, a menu celebrated by Carla's expert oratory skills (so few distractions and pricked ears because, like Paganini, Carla doesn't repeat 🤣) and the same feeling of joy you get after eating at "grandma's house".

I visited this trattoria on October 11, 2025, for lunch. The restaurant looks like a classic Roman osteria, but it's clean and tidy. The tables are a bit too close together, and you don't have enough privacy from neighboring tables. I found the quality of the food excellent, and the portions were generous. The house red wine was also very pleasant. The service was fast and professional. The waiters listed the menu verbally. I found the bathroom clean and equipped with all the necessary toiletries. Parking was quite difficult to find because this restaurant is located on a busy residential street. The bill was reasonable, offering excellent value.

The food was amazing, and Carla is a one-of-a-kind with her explanations and advice! The guys Alessandre and Edoardo were quick, friendly, and very helpful. We'll be back tomorrow evening.

Non si mangia se non si parla con la Signora (S maiuscola) Carla: sì perché per ordinare deve arrivare lei. Poi si siede al tavola e, permettetemi di dirlo, con una eleganza romana ti elenca tutti i prodotti che possiamo gustare: guanciale, crudo di amatrice, amatriciana , trippa, coda alla vaccinare, cicorie ripassate …. e poi non ho capito più niente.
Comunque ha gustato i salumi buonissimi, amatriciana che non poteva certamente mancare e per finire trippa da 10 e lode.
Grazie Carla per la tua cucina, e per averci regalato la tua presenza tra i tavoli.
