Great experience with my better half! We shared an excellent appetizer, "caciotherapy", with more or less mature cheeses accompanied by jams (pear and onion) and honey; a typical first course from Terni, "ciriole alla ternana" with fresh homemade pasta and chilli sauce; a second course of meat - guinea fowl roll, very tender and tasty and finally a piece of "pizza under the fire" with sausage and chicory (the most typical). Tasty cuisine, abundant dishes and great friendliness of the staff. I highly recommend!
