Da Scardone In Terni

We were in Terni for three days for the swimming championships so we needed somewhere to have lunch and dinner. I found this place on the internet. It was convenient because it wasn't far from our hotel. The food at Trattoria Scardone is truly exceptional. Every meal we had was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The meals are traditional but tasty. The service at Scardone is excellent. The owner, Alessio and the staff are kind and attentive, they go out of their way to provide a wonderful dining experience. The staff takes care of their guests. They were attentive, courteous and pleasant. My daughter is on a gluten-free diet so going to restaurants can be difficult, but this restaurant was really accommodating. I like the seriousness with which this restaurant treats food sensitivities. The gluten-free meal was always the first dish to be served, demonstrating the care taken in managing gluten-free meals. I felt perfectly comfortable eating here. Overall eating at this restaurant was a pleasure from start to finish. Our experience at this restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until we left, the cuisine and service made us feel welcome and pampered. We highly recommend it. This restaurant exceeded all our expectations.

The best of typical cuisine and local tradition at the table, in a place that is evocative for its historicity in Terni. Everything delicious!!!

Super recommended restaurant! Rustic place but very nice and intimate, we took a platter with cheeses and salami, tagliolini with cheese and pepper with truffle and chocolate ice cream for dessert, everything was really good and the staff were very kind!

A real discovery from the appetizer to the dessert.... the egg cooked at a low temperature won me over together with the dessert.... Location could be improved.
