Da Sardo In Prato carnico

Ogni volta che torno alle origini, nella Valle del Tempo, vado a mangiare “da Sardo”: ristorante perfettamente calato nella suggestiva Pesariis e condotto da un pesarino vero. I piatti, genuini, gustosi e realmente tipici, sono preparati con grandissima cura, fin dalla selezione delle materie prime. Consiglio di non perdere i favolosi çjiarscions fatti rigorosamente a mano e molto equilibrati. L’ambiente è fine, accogliente e rilassante, il servizio ottimo ed il rapporto qualità / prezzo imbattibile.

Siamo entrati per caso ed è stata una scelta veramente fortunata! Ottimo pranzo, piatti caratteristici della carnia ben preparati e deliziosi. Titolare gentilissima, sala accogliente e possibilità di mangiare in un terrazzino con splendida vista sulle montagne. Prezzi onestissimi, da provare e da ritornarci.

We ate very well. Generous portions and well cooked. You can also visit the very particular town of clocks. There are clocks scattered throughout the village, there is also a museum dedicated to clocks.

Delicious food, kind and welcoming service, an excellent lunch, next Sunday we will return to enjoy their exquisite dishes.

Welcoming environment, excellent cleanliness, impeccable service. Carefully prepared food with a balanced flavour. Unfortunately we didn't take photos of the dishes. The staff was uniquely kind. It's really worth it.

Just for a beer, a place worth a visit

Trip to Pesariis, called the "Village of clocks", and actually offers a predefined tour from a brochure where you can see clocks of all types and sizes. At lunch time, the Borgo offers 3/4 places to have lunch, we relied on this and the choice was right. Excellent food and wine, helpful and attentive staff, on the bill (slightly high for my tastes) for me the fact that it is a tourist place plays a role, so ..... However, there was nothing to complain about, we had a great time, the day was almost sunny and we were able to have lunch on their veranda with a unique view!!! Take a trip to Pesariis, it's worth it, and, if you want, stop in this restaurant, you will be satisfied.

From the outside it looks like a normal house. Upon entering... the environment is a little dated, it is welcoming and warm with wood and a beautiful tiled stove The menu is typical Carnic with the presence of herb frico, an interesting variant but a little heavy... overall however it is a good frico The sweet cjarsons are excellent as is everything the owners offer Prices are average
