Very well-kept and clean environment, the owners and staff are truly friendly, you almost feel at home. The dishes are truly excellent, all of them, without exception (I'm a foodie 😋😁). I highly recommend it!

While visiting Pesariis in the Pesarina Valley, taking a stroll to admire the monumental clocks, we booked a table at this small restaurant. They pampered us with attentive and impeccable service, as well as delighting our palates. Quality, tradition, flavor, and all in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

If you're passing by, don't miss the opportunity to have lunch at Sardo. It's a beautiful and well-kept restaurant, with extremely friendly staff and excellent food. The prices are truly very fair!

We tried almost all the first courses offered and were completely satisfied with both the quality and quantity The owners are friendly and the environment is welcoming The place is certainly a plus for a town (Pesariis) and a region (Carnia) that offers so much on a natural level

Ottimi i macarons e le polpettine alle verdure con curcuma e ricotta affumicata. Ottimi anche i primi( assaggiati tutti). Consiglio vivamente una visita per pranzo o cena con passeggiata tra gli orologi del paese.

Ci siamo stati a pasquetta . Volevamo fare un bel giro a Pesariis e ci eravamo portati la merenda. Poi abbiamo trovato questo ristorante e qualcosa ci ha spinti a cambiare programma e pranzare da Sardo. Ottima scelta ! Piatti tipici, cucina casalinga, posto accogliente

04/08/2025: I took a week-long vacation in July 2025. It was a wonderful holiday for me. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, catering to all tastes, as was dinner. The owners and staff were very friendly and eager to accommodate every need. The hotel is very close to the city center yet away from the hustle and bustle. Ample parking. Bike rental available (which is a plus), and it's very close to the Alpe Adria cycle path. I highly recommend it.
08/07/2025: Good value for money hotel. Good breakfast with a wide selection. A 10-15 minute walk from the center and restaurants.
