The room is adequate for a three-star hotel, the staff is sometimes rude, it's hard to understand why the elevator sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

CLEAN ROOMS, KIND AND HELPFUL STAFF, EXCELLENT LOCATION

Classic hotel for workers, cheap at hand. Huge rooms with very spacious bathrooms, the only flaw that ruins everything, the shower tray, 60x70cm in which you can't take a decent shower..... Good restaurant with a fixed menu, and they also do pizza.

Ci vado a mangiare con i miei colleghi durante la pausa pranzo di lavoro, si mangia molto bene ad un buon prezzo. Personale di servizio cordiali pazienti e simpatici. Non provato come Hotel

Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, strategic location outside the chaos of the centre, very spacious rooms (only the mini bar is missing). We would like to point out the owner Mr.Salvatore, an exquisite person, friendly and available to give advice. Recommended to anyone who wants to visit Ferrara, a beautiful city on a human scale full of charm, art and beautiful nightlife.
