Let's start with the varied menu and with proposals that deviate from the classic Bolognese restaurant while maintaining some typical dishes executed very well, which I fully approved; the service is impeccable, great courtesy from the waiters and the owner who do their utmost to make you feel at home and to conclude a very refined and refined environment, perfect in every way!

I had no references for the restaurant, which was chosen on the GPS.
And what a pleasant surprise. We had a memorable meal there. Of all the days we spent in the city, it was definitely the best experience in a restaurant. The food is worthy of the fame of the cuisine that accompanies the city of Bologna. The service was very courteous and done with great care, even with the language barrier. I am writing this review more than 8 years after our visit, planning a return to the city and, of course, to the restaurant.

Fabulous dinner.....to start with tortellini in capon broth, fettuccine Bolognese and narrow nettles with white ragù and parmesan cream, pork belly on potato cream with baked vegetables and a Bolognese cutlet with vegetable pie and finally cream ice cream creamed with vinegar
balsamic and buffalo milk fior di latte ice cream, rum and dark chocolate flakes..
All seasoned with kindness and professionalism.
The bill is above average but in such a well-kept place with so much attention to the care of the food and the kitchen, even such a good bill.

Even though we hadn't booked (on a Saturday for lunch) the owner made us sit in a clean and well-kept environment that was somewhere between classic and rustic.
Varied menu, with good proposals at consistent prices, a greater destination of the dishes would be needed and when you take a glass of wine that is a little more generous.... even for the price of €8.
If you happen to be in those parts, absolutely worth a try. Excellent but unobtrusive service!

Particular place, the ghetto in which it is located is beautiful. I've been wanting to go there for years and I finally tried it. The staff is very nice with children. And finally, most importantly, the Bolognese cutlet is really excellent. Overall rating 8.
