I thought the food was decent but the service was not. She offered us mixed appetizers then charged us 12 euros per person - without asking in advance. Appetizers were average at best. Then, she added the gratuity without asking at the end, on a hand written receipt. Every other place in Rome I asked how I could leave a tip, but not here…already added. We loved every other place we at. 175 euros for lunch for 5 was about 2x too much.
Look like a tourist trap but this is the real deal. Outside courtyard inside traditional tuscan. A mixture of local business people and tourists. Food and service are great and take your time.
