Come ogni anno tappa obbligata di fine estate....il motivo è semplice si mangia benissimo e ci si diverte con il personale.

Continua ad essere il miglior ristorante. Qualità del cibo, piatti tipici preparati in modo eccellente, cortesia e disponibilità, pulizia degli ambienti e cura del particolare, al centro del paese con veranda vista panoramica. Un'esperienza sicuramente da rifare.

Fantastic experience! I had lunch with my partner in this restaurant in the historic center of Vallepietra. We had tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, grilled meat, millefeuille and tart: all truly delicious, homemade pasta and desserts and real quality products. Last but not least, the staff was welcoming, attentive and professional. Super recommended!

We had lunch with colleagues in this restaurant, fantastic strangozzi with porcini mushrooms, very kind and friendly waitress. We will definitely be back!

Trattoria da Romano offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a youthful and very clean decor reminiscent of traditional high-end Italian trattorias. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the owner recommended some dishes of the day and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I highly recommend Trattoria da Romano to anyone looking for an authentic experience of Italian cuisine. I will definitely be back to try other dishes on their menu! Truly exceptional, well done and keep it up

It's not the first time we go to Vallepietra and we stop here at Romano's right on time for lunch! The quality and smiles of the staff have never changed… It feels good, like family! Traditional dishes, prepared and tasty! 🤤

15/01/2025: High level culinary experience, well beyond the average of traditional fraschette. We appreciated the taste box, finding an excellent quality of the raw materials, especially the raw ham and the porchetta. The carbonara, creamy and with crunchy bacon, was particularly memorable, as was the tiramisu, served with originality in a coffee pot. The environment is meticulous in detail and the service, impeccable thanks to Monia's kindness and professionalism, contributed to making the dinner perfect. The cost, although slightly higher, is fully justified by the quality of the products.
29/12/2024: First of all, no aperitif offered and only wine and I don't like it... I had a Coke Zero!!! The box of charcuterie to share, very good, fine, tasty and hearty. The thyme foccacia was good and fragrant. On the other hand, the pasta with wild boar meat was disappointing...small minced meat and pasta bathed in oil. I would have preferred whole pieces with a stew-type tomato sauce. Too bad... Very welcoming and smiling staff.
