I had the pleasure of having lunch in this delightful family-run restaurant in the heart of the enchanting Vallepietra. I tried the mixed bruschetta, the strozzapreti alla gricia, the lamb with scaldito and the homemade desserts. Quality cuisine and genuine flavours. The kindness and friendliness of the landlady Marta completes the picture. Absolutely recommended!

Every summer, for many years, I have come to lunch with my family in this restaurant, which has now become a tradition. Clean and welcoming place, staff always very friendly and courteous, FABULOUS food! 5 super deserved stars! For me, one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. I recommend everyone to try it to believe it!

06/08/2024: A highly recommended place to enjoy an excellent pinsa served on aluminum cutting boards which allow for perfect cutting and maintain the right amount of heat in the pinsa. Reading the menu deserves special attention. In addition to paper, you can read by sight on the walls of the room. Giuliano Kremmerz is an absolutely must-try pinsa. The dedication of the boy who welcomed and served us is the added value to this truly alchemical Pinseria and to be recommended for lovers of successful and unusual flavours. The table chosen under a masterpiece reproduction of Hopper added further creativity and poetry to a delicious dinner to be repeated.
