This was the best restaurant during our entire trip to Italy - and, believe me, we visited almost every region: from Naples to Milan, from Turin to small villages. But it was in Ivrea, in this cozy and almost inconspicuous restaurant from the outside, that we experienced a gastronomic revelation. From the outside you may pass by - nothing gives away that there is a real treasure waiting for you inside. But once you enter, you find yourself in the very atmosphere of a real Italian pizzeria, where only locals dine. Quiet, calm, homely. Pizza is a different story. I cook it myself, I have tried the best in Naples - and yet, I have never eaten pizza like here anywhere. Perfect dough, generous filling, large size - a real work of art. We ordered nothing at all: pizza, a huge Greek salad (it could easily feed five!), Coca-Cola and their house wine on tap, light, reminiscent of Prosecco. Everything was amazing. And do you know how much it cost? Only 27 euros. For such a level - simply incredible. Special thanks to the staff - warm, sincere attitude, smiles, looks in the eyes. It's not just food - it's an experience that's memorable. If I find myself in Italy again, I will definitely return there. And I recommend it to everyone: the most delicious pizza in Italy is in Ivrea, in this restaurant, modest on the outside but magical on the inside.

An icon in Ivrea. The digestibility of the pizza is what distinguishes Romano. The crust of the pizza is crumbly, light, forbidden to leave it on the plate. Impeccable service in the dining room by the brother, always punctual, smiling and polite. VERY GOOD PIZZA!

Very tidy and clean welcoming environment, a little noisy in the main room, the pizzas at Romano are always a guarantee with quality products and modest prices, recommended.

I was passing through Ivrea looking at various reviews of restaurants and pizzerias and we went to this place. We ordered two really good pizzas. If the restaurant menu had been broader I would have also tried the cuisine. I hope to pass by next time.

Definitely excellent value for money. We were in Ivrea for the carnival and only ate a pizza cooked in a nice wood-fired oven. Uncommon prices and kindness!
