Restaurant located on the Aurelia, I stopped for a quick meal, we took two tagliolini with seafood, a water, for a total of €32, fast and friendly service, clean and well-kept restaurant, also the kind and friendly welcome, if you find yourself passing by, stop by

Stop by on purpose, the food is delicious!!! The staff is very courteous, there is no shortage of parking. Quiet place even if along the road, it's not a disadvantage, it's a convenience.

I went to the restaurant but didn't sleep. you can eat very well, well cooked and tasty dishes. we ate ALL the appetizers, some first courses and the grilled and fried dishes. all accompanied by a good wine. prices appropriate to the quality (no more than 40 euros)

01/01/2025: As for the pasta, excellent. Fresh handmade that melts in your mouth. It's a shame that very little seasoning is used. The wild boar ragù on the tortelli as you can see from the photo was poor and "stretched". Condiments such as truffle or white ragù not received. The (I presume) owner who sits at the table to take the lead while screaming and coughing endlessly would honestly rethink it. It was embarrassing. Basically, the quality of the pasta is great but I wouldn't go back.

19/01/2025: Located in the center of the splendid village of Sovana, we had lunch outdoors in a splendid garden... friendly staff, traditional local dishes well prepared and served... good value for money too...
08/01/2025: We tried mixed bruschettas, such as purple potato gnocchi in pumpkin cream soup and tagliatelle with meat sauce and desserts, ricotta tiramisu and apple and cinnamon tart. I recommend everything because every dish was delicious and the owner and cook were kind and helpful
