Restaurant in the historic center of Rotonda. Very refined, intimate, and welcoming atmosphere. Quick and competent service. The dishes are very carefully prepared and tasty, a gastronomic experience through special flavors and textures! The highest-quality ingredients are expertly prepared with love, evident in every dish. Every bite is an explosion of flavors. I was hesitant to visit this restaurant, given other reviews that mentioned small portions and high prices, but now I wonder how some people can write such things?! Quality and expertise come at a price! It's certainly not a restaurant with large portions, but the flavors and quality of certain typical dishes leave you feeling satisfied and contented! Even though we're far away, we absolutely must return to try other dishes! If you want to experience a truly unique dining experience without overindulging, it's highly recommended.

I couldn't help but leave a review for this place: absolutely recommended if you're in the area. The food was excellent; we had a few appetizers (leek cream soup, truffle egg, and giardiniera), all truly exceptional, and a first course (both excellent). The waitress was super attentive, kind, and very helpful. I also recommend it to anyone (like me) who is lactose intolerant and/or vegetarian: there are several options, and you'll enjoy your meal to the fullest, without any problems. Absolutely top marks!

The menu features local products expertly crafted by the chef. Authentic flavors combined with refined and elegant cuisine. We ate truly well at very reasonable prices. The service was prompt and the hostess was extremely knowledgeable. The selection of liqueurs and spirits was excellent.
