Sui generis restaurant, reservations are recommended, few seats, if the place is full you lose a bit of intimacy, but it is still suitable for a table with friends. Friendly and professional owners, good service and very good cuisine. Cellar not overly stocked. Dishes based on Pollino truffles highly recommended, truly excellent. Delicious desserts.

Sono stata al Ristorante da Peppe con la mia famiglia. Il ristorante si trova nel caratteristico paese di Rotonda in Basilicata ed è un tipico ristorante a conduzione familiare, in cui tutti i piatti della tradizione sono riproposti anche in chiave contemporanea e l'attenzione ai prodotti locali e alla stagionalità è evidente. Molto apprezzabili le opzioni vegetariane/vegane presenti nel menù (fantastica la ciambotta!). Buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Davvero consigliato se siete in zona.

A warm, cozy and pleasant environment, and a refined and at the same time authentic culinary offering: the passion is in the place and in the dish. Don't miss the red aubergine, a local DOP product, and taste the home-produced liqueur of the same name. A note of merit for the service, more than attentive, prepared and courteous.

Location in line with expectations (it was suggested to us by a friend).
Lady a little nervous and... too present at the tables.
Portions of a gourmet restaurant but I wouldn't recommend it myself. Too expensive for what we ate and drank.
A local winery nearby is better.

Good food in a very quiet, family-run place. We had a good time and will return. The only flaw is the very small portions, even compared to the prices charged.

Excellent cuisine made even more spectacular by Flavia's professionalism, sweetness and attention.
You can't pass by Rotonda without tasting their typical and particular dishes. In fact, it's even worth taking a trip out of town just to drop by...Peppe's 😜

Buona la qualità dei piatti, forse mi sarei aspettata qualcosa di più tipico e meno rivisitato. Il menu, così come la carta dei vini, hanno prezzi un pò altini.
