Gastronomia/pizzeria vicina alla Cattedrale di Bolsena.  È possibile mangiare sul posto, in una stanzetta al coperto o su sgabelli lungo la strada. Ricca scelta di piatti, tra cui verdure, pizze, suppli e primi di pesce. La pizza è ad alta lievitazione, croccante e molto digeribile, buone e leggere anche le verdure. Prezzo delle pizze, anche farcite, decisamente più economico delle verdure (ma tenuto conto della lavorazione, ci sta). Nel complesso offre un ottimo ristoro (anche con bagno e bibite fresche)

My husband and I went to Lake Bolsena on a beautiful sunny September day. In the historic center, where there was a market well stocked with the most varied knick-knacks and various foods, we found a very inviting trattoria due to the very clear display of the menu offered. We went in without reading any reviews. We immediately chose the specials of the day which were: spaghetti with clams and Marilu' burger truly delicious in limited edition from Friday to Sunday. The Marilù burger, which I really appreciated, has red tuna tartare, burrata and guacamole as ingredients. Definitely worth trying. All good and plentiful. The informal restaurant is equipped with a pager system that notifies you when the food is ready, very convenient and well organised. The wait is a little slow but it makes it clear that nothing is already prepared. The restaurant is well stocked with both vegetables and ready-made meats which appear very inviting. Covered place with room in front of the room and outside tables. Polite and kind staff.

Les pizzas ici sont délicieuses, je vous recommande la Bufalina, la pâte est fait maison et les pizzas sont servis avec une pâte fine et croustillante grâce à sa cuisson au four. Le rapport qualité/prix est super, car vous en avez pour 7/8€ pour la grande pizza ! Je vous recommande fortement ce restaurant pour une restauration rapide, simple, bonne, maison et économique ! Les burgers n’étaient pas maison et la viande sûrement surgelé, mais ce sont surtout les pizzas qui importent ici.

It is the "rotisserie" par excellence, for those like myself and my partner, who love to break away from the daily "healthy and controlled" diet to immerse themselves in the fantastic aromas and flavors typical of tasty food. It has been a regular summer stop for ten years now. You come on holiday for a couple of weeks in August on Lake Bolsena and you can't help but at least make a quick trip to Papajo to "gorge yourself" on their arancini in all the delicious formulas and flavours. The gastronomy dishes and the various types of pizza are noteworthy. Super efficient and helpful owner together with all the staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
