If you're looking for something "homemade" and quick, I recommend this pizzeria. It's a typical pizza joint with pizza by the slice and a wide selection of dishes to choose from. Everything is very tasty. The tomatoes stuffed with rice and the arancini are especially delicious. The pizza and panini are also very tasty. The service is incredibly friendly and the prices are very reasonable.

We have used this little takeaway restaurant on numerous occasions and have found that the food is delicious and good quality. The husband and wife team create around 20 different dishes per day ranging from Focaccia to salads and pizza.Well worth a try if you're in the Bolsena area.

In beautiful Bolsena... a special encounter with Papayo! A small rotisserie pizzeria but of GREAT quality. We tried the pizza al pala, made with selected flours and a long leavening time, uniquely soft and with a fantastic crispy exterior... yesterday, off the menu, there was fried fish, what can I say: High quality! Fresh fish and expertly fried! Generous portions and an excellent price! Thanks to Paolo and Giulia, the very kind and friendly owners!

Located on Bolsena's main street, this rotisserie pizzeria offers takeout and dine-in service in the small dining room out front. I had a takeout pizza, a diavola with onions, which was truly delicious.

Takeaway food but you can also eat on the spot in a small restaurant opposite, good food but unfortunately it was served to us "lukewarm" even though we had asked to heat up the portion of lasagna and meatballs, a shame because everything is served in aluminum trays, it would be appropriate perhaps by asking for a few euros more to give the possibility of consuming on simple disposable plates. However recommended.

Gastronomy with a place to eat sitting down... the Roman-style tripe, the deviled chicken and the typical vegetables were delicious... the prices were right... I recommend

Ci sono venuto oggi con la mia dolce metà mentre eravamo in giro in moto. Devo dire che è la prima volta che ci veniamo e siamo stati sorpresi in modo imbarazzante. Ci siamo presi due “baci” uno vegetariano e l’altro scamorza affumicata salame piccante e burrata… che dire definirli buoni è riduttivo, sono fantastici. Consiglio a chiunque venga a Bolsena, in moto e non, di venire ad assaggiare queste leccornie. Mi dispiace di non pubblicare delle foto la le abbiamo mangiate prima.

19/05/2025: The bar is nice and the atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing. The service is excellent. Federico, with his kindness, made my stay in Viterbo pleasant, despite the disappointment for the fake B&B (not offering breakfast), which I had booked near the bar.

13/07/2025: It lived up to what I'd been told. Excellent food, great service, and a homey atmosphere, like being at a friend's house. Go there!!!
12/07/2025: This trattoria is located on a small street in the historic center of Blera. A wooden door leads to a ground-floor room furnished with large wooden tables, stone walls, and wooden beams on the ceiling. There's another room in the basement. We start with the house antipasto, a small plate with a slice of prosciutto crudo and capocollo accompanied by a bruschetta made with freshly made extra virgin olive oil. We also ordered beans with pork rinds and coratella (a kind of lamb cutlet), all delicious and plentiful, accompanied by the house vinobrosso. Next, we chose two starters: tagliolini with sheep's milk ragù and tagliolini with chanterelle mushrooms. For main courses, we also chose two starters: lamb cacciatore in bianco (white) and mutton with potatoes in tomato sauce. To finish, we enjoyed homemade desserts: wine-flavored donuts, coffee, and a house liqueur. Service was prompt, courteous, and friendly.
