Slava: the real highlight of the evening. Thanks to his suggestions, we had a gastronomic experience that surpassed the second round of menus, exploring typical Roman dishes: cacio e pepe; carbonara; meatballs in tomato sauce; saltimbocca; Roman-style artichokes, and finally, a sensational tiramisu. We had a wonderful experience at Pancrazio Roman Restaurant! The food was amazing, authentic Italian flavors and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for a relaxed dinner. Special thanks to Slava, our waiter, who was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the evening. 17/01/2026: Excellent, clean, comfortable, bright atmosphere, I'd say pampered. Excellent food, and difficult to choose from. Everything is fresh, cooked with care and experience, and the fish is all very fresh: maximum trust. We'll return often. Prices are average.
01/01/2026: New Year's Eve 2026. My wife and I spent New Year's Eve at this restaurant. A very welcoming location with plenty of seating. The table was perfect, with white and red wine, sparkling and still water, bread, and party favors. The meat and fish dishes were good, not bad for a special evening. The owner and staff were impeccable. Very positive review. Well done!
