An outstanding dinner! Fish and seafood at its finest. The best octopus I've had in Sicily, delicious sole in a butter-lemon sauce, excellent appetizers, and a large selection of wines. The service was excellent, everything was served efficiently and gracefully. The only thing that needs improvement is the restrooms.

We visited this restaurant in Letojanni with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to expectations. The place is cute and the location is pleasant, but overall, the food wasn't impressive, especially considering the prices, which seem a bit high for the quality. This place has good potential, but it needs to pay more attention to its food and value.

We ate at this wonderful seaside spot. The fish was incredibly fresh and deliciously cooked. The service was impeccable! Highly recommended.

PROS: Excellent food, high-quality ingredients; many Sicilian specialties, sometimes revisited; very refined atmosphere; excellent selection of wines and liqueurs. CONS: Prices a bit steep; service isn't impeccable. Given the many PROS, I've decided to give it 5 stars because they outweigh the CONs.

This historic local seafood restaurant is a must-visit. The ingredients are always incredibly fresh, but unfortunately, that evening they sold out of squid ink and sea urchins. The cannoli and amaro were amazing.

Hervorragend! So viel frischer Fisch, besser geht es nicht und passende Weine gab es auch gleich dazu. Unbedingt Platz für Nachtisch lassen, der Pistazien - Kuchen sowie das Eis mit den wilden Erdbeeren sind fantastisch und ein wahrer Genuss! Herzliche familiäre Atmosphäre! Wir haben gleich 3 Abende hintereinander dort gegessen!

La Taverna dell'Etna

03/11/2025: A charming place, with a beautiful panoramic view, which makes everything romantic and stunning. The food is excellent, the dishes have immense flavor and are cooked and presented with great care. The entire staff is professional, kind, and attentive to the guests and their needs. The place is also super clean, which in my opinion highlights all the positive aspects of this place even more. Highly recommended.
23/10/2025: La Taverna dell'Etna is one of those places that captures your heart even before your palate. Situated in a breathtaking panoramic location, it offers a spectacular view of Mount Etna and the sea that alone is worth the visit. But it's when the food arrives that you realize you're in a truly special place. The cuisine is authentic, carefully prepared, and based on excellent quality ingredients, carefully selected and treated with respect. The staff is extremely friendly. In short, La Taverna dell'Etna is a place where the view enchants, the cuisine excites, and the hospitality makes you want to return. A little gem at the foot of the volcano. 🌋🍷
