I ordered the tripe and beef platter, which was delicious, lightly seasoned, and without the offal smell. The tripe was better than the beef, very soft and sticky. However, this restaurant is too famous, and the queue was at least 20 minutes!

They sell sandwiches and meals in a chain, with a constant line of customers (tourists when I was there). The bread was clearly not the best specialty, but the tripe was good with the sauce (spicy, your choice). Is it the best tripe? I don't know, I haven't tried the others, but it's the most popular. Very reasonable price for the quantity/quality (€5.50 for a sandwich). Tables nearby to eat if needed (they were packed).

I had a tripe bun (💶$5.50). The bread was a little hard, but it was delicious and I was completely full! Many people recommended the set meal (💶$9.50), but the brisket was a bit salty, and the tripe was much better. 😂 I recommend arriving early, or you'll be waiting in line for a long time!

Che dire mi sento fortunato di far parte di quelli che sono riusciti ad assaggiare lampredotto e stracotto direttamente fatti da lui! Gentilissimo e simpaticissimo, ho fatto pure un video e oggi che sono tornato per la seconda e purtroppo l'ultimo volta visto che partivo, anche 2 chiacchiere sulla storia del nome Nerbone! che dire sono fortunati fiorentini ad avere questo splendido posto! Invidia!

Il più buono di Firenze, locale tipico, emozionante per chi come me ci veniva portato dai nonni anni prima , tornarci da solo e ricordare, mangiando la meraviglia e vivendo il mercato. Solo complimenti, ottimo tutto. Viva Firenze e la su bottega storica.

06/10/2025: A very large space with a nice parking lot where you can fully appreciate the desire for "meat." The desserts are also exceptional.

04/09/2025: Amazing steak, great pasta, and the service was fantastic. Ada, our server, did a great job helping us make our choices and translate in English. One of my favorite steaks ever.
01/09/2025: We were actually headed to a different restaurant nearby that was closed and happened to find this one by chance. And it turned out to be a God thing, because it was such a blessing to meet everybody there and had one of the best meals and times we had in Italy. The atmosphere was perfect the food was outstanding and our food server and the manager were wonderful! I couldn’t recommend this restaurant more highly!
