I went around 2pm and ate at a table next to mine. During lunchtime, the table next to mine was full, so I recommend getting it to go and eating on the second floor. They also sell tripe burgers on the second floor, but I think the tripe here is tastier.

It was our first snack we had in Florence. It was an amazing choice to kick start you day with one of those. The flavour was good even if you are not friends of inserts. It was rich in flavour and soft in texture. The staff was also very nice and helpful.

Maybe because there are a lot of Asian customers, they gave good recommendations, and since the first floor restaurant is crowded, I recommend getting it to go and eating it on the second floor with a drink!! I ordered both the gopchang burger and the plate, but personally, I thought the plate was much tastier. I asked them to put a lot of spicy sauce on it and had it!! It's a dish that slightly relieves my longing for Korean food when I come to Florence.

You must try the labrettoto panini. It's traditional in Florence and tastes spectacular! We haven't had anything like it in all of Italy.

Che dire mi sento fortunato di far parte di quelli che sono riusciti ad assaggiare lampredotto e stracotto direttamente fatti da lui! Gentilissimo e simpaticissimo, ho fatto pure un video e oggi che sono tornato per la seconda e purtroppo l'ultimo volta visto che partivo, anche 2 chiacchiere sulla storia del nome Nerbone! che dire sono fortunati fiorentini ad avere questo splendido posto! Invidia!

Il miglior posto dove gustare un lampredotto da favola! Panino spettacolare da vedere e da mangiare. La lunga attesa si dimentica quando si assaggia il lampredotto!!! Top, il numero 1 a Firenze.

11/10/2025: On our way back from Rome, we stopped here. Luckily, the restaurants we'd seen nearby were full. We ended up at this excellent restaurant. Fresh homemade bread and pasta. Very attentive service, from the table linens to the table settings. Fair prices for the quality of the products. Compliments, truly excellent. And thank you. This restaurant stands out from the others in the area. On our way back from Rome, we stopped here—and fortunately, the other nearby restaurants were full. We ended up at this excellent restaurant. Fresh homemade bread and pasta, perfect service, and very fair prices considering the high quality of the ingredients. Truly outstanding—compliments to the team and thank you! This restaurant really stands out from the others in the area. We will definitely come back.
