Don't think of it as a meal, but rather as a snack between lunch and dinner. It's good to have one for two people... The taste isn't bad, but it's so rich that you'll get sick of it quickly. The burgers are filled with only tripe, no vegetables.
If you're in a large group, I recommend sharing the boiled tripe. There were four of us, and it was so rich that we couldn't finish it all!
The tripe burger is the Lamprotetto burger. The boiled pork burger is the Bollito burger. For the boiled pork, attach a plate to the back. If you use a mixed plate, they'll mix the two together. Two people will be full if they each have a burger and a plate of boiled pork. But the person making it has practically zero hygiene, lol.
The value is great, and the taste is just like long-boiled tripe and boiled pork. But the hygiene is truly terrible. Don't watch them make it. You won't be able to eat it if you do. ㅜㅠ
They add a lot of salt when making the burgers, so be sure to ask them to reduce the salt or not add any at all beforehand.
Ask them to add a generous amount of hot sauce, even green sauce.

A highly recommended place for a quick bite to eat. Good, generous dishes at a very good price. It's not a posh place, rather a bit run down, but eating there is quite an experience.

The bread is firm and the beef is piping hot.
I recommend adding pesto or chili sauce; it's not too spicy.
The bread becomes softer and the flavor is more fragrant and delicious.
The line is over 20 minutes long.

The best lampredotto in town. Period.
The only downside is that despite the clear signs not to sit down until you've picked up your food, there's always some sneaky person who sits down to "save their place." Stand up for yourself and take their place because this food is excellent and deserves to be enjoyed as it's served.

The food is good in itself, but the experience is spoiled by the service.
The waiter was rude, unfriendly, and clearly gave the impression he didn't enjoy his job. He forgot to give us a knife, and when we pointed it out, he brought us a plastic one, while the other customers had regular cutlery. This lack of consideration is unacceptable. It's a shame, because the quality of the food doesn't deserve such a poor reception.

I ate it because it was a food that you have to try at least once when you come to Florence. They say that Gopchang Burger is a food that people either like or dislike. Unfortunately, I didn't like it... However, since experiences are important when traveling, I have no regrets.

Confectionnent des sandwich généreux et savoureux devant les clients. Nous avons le sandwich à la viande bouillie (oui dis comme ça, ça n’est pas attirant … et pourtant !!!!! Ainsi que celui au ragoût de bœuf). quelques places pour s’asseoir, en toute simplicité …. 5 euros le sandwich , incroyable …
À ne pas rater , une merveille !

Molto buono!
Abbiamo provato il panino con il lampredotto e il panino con la porchetta, entrambi pieni di condimento e molto saporiti. Consiglio davvero di provare questo posto!
