It's delicious and great value for money. The people who take your order are also friendly! We were lucky enough to get a table and go when there wasn't a line, but around lunchtime, a line formed.
I ordered the beef tripe and beef mix, it was super delicious!

I had the tripe burger, aka the Lampredetto sandwich.
It was absolutely delicious!!
The man who took my order and prepared it complimented me when I asked in Italian.
He asked if I was Korean and said, "Gopchang, gopchang."
It was a fun and enjoyable time :)

After ordering and moving forward, they ask if you're Korean and make it with the sauce people from that country like. It's a burger made with meat and fat, with no vegetables. It didn't smell or anything, so it was fine. If you happen to be in Jungang Market, it's worth a try.

Absolutely delicious! A must-try! I recommend the classic lambdotto sandwich (with chili) and a plate of roast beef (I personally think it's even better!).

I'm a tourist from Taiwan 🇹🇼, visiting in February 2026.
⏰Make sure to arrive before the beef buns sell out. I went at 2:30 PM on the first day, and the most famous ones were already sold out. The other items I ordered were just average and not worth it. But the next day at 11:00 AM, I queued for half an hour to eat the beef buns, and they were really good!
I don't eat offal or spicy food, so I only had the beef bun with pesto, which was really delicious!!
🥩The portion of meat is quite large, and the pesto is somewhat like Taiwanese scallion and salt sauce. The filling is very generous!
However, I found the bread a bit hard. It wasn't heated much, so it was cold and chewy, not easy to bite through.
Overall, the filling alone was quite delicious. My friends who bought it raved about it; no wonder it's a famous shop!
The staff speaks many languages. When they see an Asian face, they first ask in Chinese. If they don't understand, they ask if you're Chinese or Korean, and they speak very fluent and standard Chinese… impressive!
I ate grilled pork and grilled beef the day before. The grilled pork was okay (average, but not bad). The grilled beef was extremely rare and inedible; not worth the money. If you don't get to try the beef or tripe buns, you should come back another day.

This place sells one of the most famous and traditional sandwiches in Florence. Specific to the area, Lampredotto is made on the spot from the 4th stomach of the cow, boiled a lot, only in water with spices or in tomato sauce. The bun (semelle) is again fresh, the core is removed from the lid and the pieces of stomach are chopped finely, added to the hot bun, on top of which spicy sauce and olive oil with herbs are put for extra flavor. The lid is dipped in the soup in which the stomach was boiled and then it is served.
Of course, it is not for everyone, but for fans of stomach/beef belly I recommend it, it is delicious. I tried it in the morning, before lunch with a glass of local wine next to it.
