A wonderful journey back in time. The atmosphere is absolutely magical inside the small room facing the wood-fired oven. The farinata alone is worth the visit; the pizzas are very good too!

The dishes are of good quality and display a time-honored, authentic professionalism. The rooms are rather cramped and dimly lit. The owner, dressed in his chef's uniform, even gave a performance, telling the story of the unusual logo painted on the napkins and the waitstaff's uniforms. Well done!

When we arrived in Turin, we had dinner at this place. We ate well. The staff are all very young and really work hard. I highly recommend it!!! 🤗

22/03/2026: Went for lunch for the first time on Saturday. On Saturdays, they don't have a set menu, and the prices are like those of a restaurant, but rather self-service. The food was good, but at least on Saturdays, the menu didn't entirely convince me. If I wanted to go to a restaurant, I wouldn't have gone to the self-service option.
04/03/2026: Good self-service. The pasta was left in the pan in a bain-marie, like in a cafeteria, and it was overcooked. The second course was cafeteria-style.
