Every time I take someone to Massimo's restaurant they are very happy, the food is genuine, plentiful, the atmosphere is welcoming, the people are simply exquisite.

A timeless atmosphere! Maybe not modern, I'd say rustic, but that's its beauty. EXCELLENT home-cooked food, friendly and courteous service. I highly recommend it.

Not touristy, more Italian-focused. This day, it was just a buffet of appetizers, bread, meat, polenta, and so on, and finished off with a variety of desserts. Everything homemade and delicious! When I paid, I was shocked; they charged far too little, or at least didn't include any extra tourist fare. Highly recommended for anyone who wants something different and is willing to take the plunge.
