The burrata was exceptionally fresh, and the family-sized portion proved to be just right. I highly recommend the millefoglie di branzino — an exquisite dish, both delicate and flavorful. We stumbled upon this gem by chance while wandering through Venice, having read no prior reviews, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. The meal was truly outstanding, complemented by attentive, courteous, and accommodating service. A memorable dining experience from start to finish.

Amazing trattoria -- food, drinks and service all wonderful. Fish definitely worthwhile. One of the best meals I had in Venice.

A culinary highlight in the heart of Venice! We were a large group (9 people) for lunch at Ristorante da Mario alla Fava – and it was simply fantastic from start to finish! Despite our group size, we received an extremely warm welcome and excellent service. The service was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional – unhurried, but always present. We truly felt valued as guests. The food was sensational! Everyone of us was delighted – whether fish, pasta, meat, or vegetarian: everything was of the highest quality, fresh, prepared with love, and beautifully presented. The homemade pasta dishes and the daily specials were particularly impressive. The ambiance also impressed us – stylish, cozy, Venetian without tourist kitsch. Exactly what you would expect from a true Venetian restaurant. Conclusion: Absolutely recommended for anyone who doesn't just want to eat in Venice, but wants to enjoy it – whether as a couple or as a larger group. We will definitely be back!

Estábamos buscando un almuerzo que atendiera a los veganos y había leído que este era el primer restaurante veneciano en tener un menú vegano separado. Cuando llegamos, de hecho tenía un vegano completo presentado con muchas opciones. Tomamos un entrante de tempura, y luego mi esposa tomó la tabla de queso vegano y salami, mientras yo tenía un plato de remolacha en paquete. La tabla de queso era excelente, y habría vuelto solo por esto. Mi plato también estaba muy bien preparado y muy sabroso. Se podía decir que era un alto nivel de cocina por encima de la mayoría en Venecia. También tuvimos algunas bebidas agradables, y el personal era amable. Cena di famiglia, abbiamo scelto questo ristorante perché due di noi sono vegani e devo dire che abbiamo fatto centro. Bellissima e buonissima cena, il mio piatto di crudo era ottimo, buoni i piatti vegani ottima la presentazione. Servizio puntuale e tutti molto gentili.
