Nonostante l'esterno modesto, l'interno offre un ambiente accogliente e ben curato, con un'atmosfera intima. La cucina a vista permette ai clienti di osservare lo chef all'opera, aggiungendo autenticità all'esperienza culinaria. "Da Ludo" non ha un menù fisso; lo chef presenta le proposte del giorno, basate su ingredienti freschi e di stagione. La scelta dei piatti è varia, tra carne e pesce, e con abbinamenti particolari. Buono il servizio: Ludo e sua moglie Paola gestiscono il locale con cordialità, e Ludo consiglia ottimi abbinamenti di vini. I prezzi medio-alti (20-25€ a portata), ma con un antipasto ed una seconda portata si va via sazi.

I went there during a business trip, what can I say, simply great, the chef speaks French, he mixes Italian and French cuisine a delirium, I recommend with my eyes closed.

Carefully prepared cuisine. Ludo pays great attention to the quality and distribution of its products. Amazing and delicious flavor combinations. We had a great time. We had a great time and I wouldn't hesitate to come back during a personal trip. Thank you for these beautiful discoveries

04/01/2025: We stopped by chance on the way back from a trip and it was a surprise. We ate grilled meat, really good. Compliments
30/12/2024: I ate the Picanha with baked potatoes and onion, a truly delicious dish, excellent cooking and delicious taste. My partner had the lasagna with porcini mushrooms and speck and was thrilled. The Ripasso wine I drank was very good. Good for the service and the price. I recommend it.

24/12/2024: There were a lot of people, but the pizza was ready quickly and delicious and also affordable, an ideal place for lunch or coffee 😎.
19/12/2024: We ate here three days in a row as it was, by far, our favourite restaurant in the ski resort! Day 1: Casoncelli with deer was INCREDIBLE, porcini tagliatelle was so flavourful! To end a great meal a fantastic tiramisu, one of the best I had! Service was very fast around 1:45pm, took 5-7 minutes for the food to come, every single day. Staff was all VERY polite, smiling and friendly. Day 2: The second day we had spinach gnocchetti with veal pieces and lasagna; they were both excellent but the 7-layer lasagna was the real star of the show, creamy and meaty, albeit the portion was a little small, but perfect as a primo. Day 3: We had to repeat the lasagna as it’s the best I had in Italy! We also tried the broth with knodel, it was very hearty and homelike. The tagliata with herbs was also well cooked and tasty. Tiramisu third day in a row! Overall fair prices, a wonderful cosy vibe with excellent views of the mountains; would eat here again next time we come skiing!
