Today we went to eat at Ludo's restaurant. The atmosphere is welcoming and reassuring. We had two pleasant surprises: The first was the dishes, traditional yet prepared with modern techniques, with unique flavor combinations and textures. The second was the courtesy and helpfulness of the chef and his wife, who advised us and also had the patience to explain the dishes and answer our questions.
