Found by chance for lunch, a welcoming and well-kept place with food that makes you feel at home, friendly and attentive service, and overall good value. A place to stop and return to, especially to savor the gnocchi with wild boar sauce... delicious and, above all, plentiful... truly plentiful... while gazing out the windows at the Abruzzo landscape... unique.

CONGRATULATIONS. Sincere compliments. We loved everything, from the appetizers, you could taste the quality and freshness in every bite. The two first courses and the second course... The wild boar cacciatore, which honestly, until now, I've always felt was the strong game, but this is the first restaurant where I've tasted delicacy and, above all, incredible tenderness. Everything, everything, delicious! With a nice DNA Rosso, priced at €78.00, so excellent value for money! Thank you, it will definitely be our favorite place when we're near L'Aquila! Guaranteed!

Great restaurant with delicious Italian food, very nice atmosphere and warm and efficient service. We were mislead by the opening times on Google Maps and arrived at 18:30 one hour earlier than the opening time. But we were served warmly with water, olive oil and bread, a glass of wine and then cold antipasto plate, until the formal opening of the kitchen. Altogether wonderful experience !

Amazingly delicious local specialties. No English, but could understand my broken Italian well enough. Fairly remote setting. Reservations and nice clothes are recommended.

The restaurant is located on the ground floor of a house 2 km from San Demetrio Ne' Vestini. It has ample parking and, being on the ground floor, is easily accessible for strollers and those with mobility issues. It's in an almost "strategic" location, given that in my opinion there are many interesting places to visit nearby, including places of worship and hikers. But back to the restaurant. It's a casual place, but with good quality food and an excellent wine selection. Naturally, the cuisine is based on local products, and primarily meat-based. We enjoyed an appetizer, a main course served as a starter, two first courses, three glasses of wine, water, and coffee, all for €62 (see photo). The prices are slightly high; you can certainly spend less in the area, but in my opinion, overall, it's above average in terms of product quality, service, and ambiance. A round of applause goes to the dining room staff, who are very helpful, professional, yet young, and always have a warm smile, which isn't a given (I say this because in the area, people in the retail sector, including restaurants, are sometimes very grumpy and pissed off at the world, as someone from Abruzzo puts it). If I have to find any flaws, though they have little to do with the food, they'd be the restrooms, which aren't up to par with the restaurant's, the outside area is a bit chaotic, like an unfinished construction site, and finally, the front door needs major maintenance, but as I said before, the food is more important.

Free menu, everyone ate what they wanted. No one waited even though the menu was varied. The bathrooms could be a little cleaner. The glasses are very thin; one broke while a child was drinking, and they break, so they need to be replaced. Otherwise, the food and cuisine were excellent.
