Unique, exceptional 👍👍👍 Quality and excellence of the products, Chianin meat +++, sublime wines. Explanations of each dish, its origins, preparation, and tastings. Top-notch staff. Extremely kind, knowledgeable, and above all, attentive. Not a single false note. Truly one of the best and a sensational discovery. We'll definitely be back.

Every time you go to Alberto it is a unique experience, high quality raw materials, excellent wines, always excellent service. You can see all the passion that Alberto puts into his work as he explains the history of Chianina and the cuts of meat he offers you, the fillet steak is stratospheric. YES Spend an evening in company that is different from the usual in total relaxation. 3/4 times a year you have to go and visit him.

We went to Irma on a Sunday in December to spend lunch with friends. My 5 stars go to the service which is certainly very well looked after, professional, attentive and unique. In this restaurant we were immediately welcomed politely and the owner accompanied us (explaining each dish) for the entire duration of lunch. The wines are very good. We all expected something more from the meat (also in relation to the price) but we are still talking about high quality products.

Amazing. There is no need to recommend the restaurant because those who love meat already know it, the quality is superior to a starred restaurant. Flavors that you won't try elsewhere.

A true paradise for meat lovers, authentic and tasty meat in its natural state. A family-run trattoria where the flavors of the fabulous Tuscan cuisine mix with the excellence of the service and passion of the owner and all the staff. Fixed sublime tasting itinerary for all guests with excellent pairings of Tuscan wines. The price is worth the raw material and the experience.

Piacevole percorso carnivoro! Si inizia ascoltando le descrizioni introduttive del titolare. Sono opportune per chi come me ci va per la prima volta. Poi il percorso della chianina procede con tutte le portate, tutte meritevoli e piacevolmente presentate. Il costo è proporzionato a quanto offerto, e sicuramente merita almeno una visita.

Wir haben den Tisch zwei Monate im Voraus gebucht, da immer alles aus reserviert war und hatten dementsprechend hohe Erwartungen. Zu Beginn bekommt man ein Aperitif mit Ricotta und Olivenöl an der Bar. Leider beginnt das Abendessen für alle Gäste zugleich erst um 20:30h, sodass wir die Hauptspeise erst um 23h erhielten und alles erst nach Mitternacht endete. Sehr netter Chef und Kellner, er erklärte uns viel über das Chianina Rind und ist eines von 9 Lokalen in ganz Italien welches ausschließlich Chianina Rind serviert. Es gibt jeden Abend ein wechselndes Menü, wo alle Teile des Rindes verwertet werden. Zu Beginn gab es Toskanische Ribollita, das ist eine Gemüsesuppe mit schwarzem Kohl, danach Carpaccio, Tartar, Crostino mit Lardo di Greco und rohe Wurst, dazu eingelegtes Gemüse, danach eine Art Roastbeef, Sehnen vom Rind, Polenta mit Caciocavallo Käse und eine Art Ragù vom Rind von der Kehle, danach kommt endlich die Hauptspeise, Fiorentina und Costata mit Kartoffeln, dazu Bauch von den Innereien vom Rind, leider ist es dann schon etwas zu spät und durch das lange Warten ist man schon ziemlich satt. Zum Abschluss gibt es eine Salami mit Fenchel aus dem Kopf des Rindes, 3 verschiedene Nachspeisen, Ricotta Torte, Schoko Salami und Eis mit Olivenöl, danach Rum mit dunkler Schokolade und Amaro von der Nonna. Der Rotwein von Montepulciano war ausgezeichnet. Das Essen war gut, aber es war kein einziges Gericht mit ,,Wow-Effekt" dabei, haben all diese Fleisch Varianten schon deutlich besser gegessen. Bei 190€ für zwei Personen und da sich die Begeisterung in Grenzen hielt, bleibt es wohl ein einmaliges Erlebnis!

25/05/2025: We stayed for one night while on our way through Italy. The room was clean, spacious and had many amenities to make our stay comfortable. The staff were very polite and friendly. The food in the restaurant is very good with many choices to choose from including a buffet. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you find yourself in the area.
08/05/2025: Nice rural restaurant, good pizza and saussages. The highlight was the very cheap but very huge and good seafood platter. Incredible pricing too. Friendly and quick service.
