Good food but slow service and comparatively expensive

We stumbled upon this place staying in a b n b nearby. When we arrived we had a warm welcome and the staff immediately gave their full attention to help us understand the menu and translate everything, explaining all the dishes. As a vegan, I was worried as this was a very traditional restaurant, but the waitress spoke directly to the chefs, and made me custom meals, a beautiful starter and delicious main course that left me wanting more! I can highly recommend this place for foreigners or anyone looking to have exceptional service and good tasting food!

If only it were near my house... Ildo's is the trattoria as I understand it: authentic and genuine with understated elegance and no frills. The food is amazing and the service is friendly and attentive, provided by women who know how to manage the tables with speed and attention. Highly recommended. Very fair prices.

Very interesting trattoria, good food, warm welcome. We had dinner with friends, a typical Tuscan trattoria without too many frills. The chef is excellent, combining tradition with a touch of innovation. If you have particular expectations, this place isn't for you, but if you want good, quality food at a reasonable price, I recommend it.
