da Guidobaldo In Fossombrone

Very pleasant discovery in the upper part of Fossombrone. The climb on foot was amply rewarded. Tables in the garden with a terrace overlooking the village, the atmosphere is already pleasant. It's difficult to recommend the dishes, given that they change almost daily from what I understand, a restaurant that prefers to focus on a few choices on the menu based on seasonality done well. In any case, the food was delicious and the cocktails were very good and refreshing (given the heat, we preferred it to a very extensive wine list.) Cuisine with excellent local ingredients with some fusion reinterpretations, we were struck by the very clever use of aromatic herbs taken from the garden, the sin was probably not having space for dessert. Try lasagna with sausage and peppers, gnocchi with pesto, ricotta, cherry tomatoes and toasted pine nuts, skewers. Generous portions, honest bill (first courses €11, second courses €14, starters €8). Excellent service, plus excellent local bitters offered (in abundance) after paying. It's not a place to eat in a hurry, give them time and enjoy the terrace.

A wonderful place with a magical atmosphere. The menu is short, but thanks to this the food is fresh and excellent. A very large selection of wines, also by glass. You can sit and enjoy the meal and views all evening long. Very nice and helpful people serve guests. I highly recommend this place.

Great spot to admire the view of the town of Fossombrone, the service was great thanks to Ricardo and his team, the organic and local dishes were very spicy, the tiramisu was simply delicious! Good wine, good service, magnificent view, best spot in Fossombrone

A pleasant discovery! The location is located on the hill just above Fossombrone with a panoramic view of the valley, Guidobaldo deserves 5 stars on everything, hospitality, excellent food with local products and fusion cuisine. Thanks to all the staff!!

As always we had a great time... The friendliness, the care, the goodness and the quality of the food and drinks... Always at the top. Sooner or later we will be able to find good weather and enjoy the splendid terrace with the beautiful view of Fossombrone. But we always feel at home and leave home full and happy. Delicious dishes in breathtaking locations, Michelin star chefs

Small place in the historic part of Fossombrone, with an inviting outdoor area. They offer a cuisine with local dishes but with a touch of unique refinement, furthermore there are culinary themed evenings such as the Japanese cuisine evening. Reservation is recommended if not mandatory for some events.

By chance I came across this delicious restaurant. The welcome was superb, Riccardo and Anna know how to put you at ease by showing off their priceless courtesy and professionalism. The courses are generous, tasty and refined, the fresh ingredients coming from free-range farms in the nearby valley are absolutely delicious and genuine, which is rare nowadays. The characteristic, intimate venue with a pleasant background of refined music hosts few seats inside, but externally has a lot of space overlooking the enchanting valley. I was lucky enough to happen upon the day when the Japanese chef was on duty and I immediately took advantage of it by ordering delicious Japanese dishes which I highly recommend. The desserts, strictly homemade, are simply divine and very fresh, in the end I didn't feel like drinking so as not to lose the flavor of the panna cotta with cherries. The prices are much more than honest and I recommend Guidobaldo to everyone.
