We happened to be passing through and made this delightful discovery. The location is spectacular, overlooking the village with a beautiful view. In warm weather, the garden serves as a seating area with tables, chairs, etc. Now, in the colder months, we eat inside, with very few seats. Thanks to the limited seating, however, you're pampered. A small but extensive menu with all seasonal dishes. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch. Everything is delicious. Super friendly staff. Four-legged friends are welcome. Well done! We'll definitely be back to try other dishes.

I stopped in Fossombrone for a couple of days to visit other places in the Marche region, since I've been coming back for three years. It's because of the beautiful people and the lovely atmosphere. I found this place, Guidobaldo, absolutely beautiful, very evocative, overlooking the hills. The food is delicious and prepared with love (you can taste it). It immerses you in the essence of the Marche region. The tranquility and serenity that reigns over a dinner with friends or even alone is truly appreciable. The owners and staff are friendly and kind. I love the simplicity of this place! Well done, well done, well done!!!

Located right below the fortress, the place is beautiful with a panoramic view of the village. I tried the burgers, which were good. The cold cuts platter, however, was superior. The staff were very simple, approachable, but kind and helpful. I would go back.

One of the places I will remember for the rest of my life. Beautiful location and service. We had a great Aperol and enjoyed the view of the city. Plus, the prices are affordable so we can't wait to come back again.
