The service and prices were great but the food tasted a bit bland however if you're staying near it is a nice meal for a good price.

Authentic Roman dishes which were very reasonably priced and very tasty (we paid only €7 for a litre of lovely house red wine). The restaurant was full of local residents which made for a wonderful atmosphere.

Gino is very kind and welcoming and offers a very varied menu, including typical Roman cuisine. The food is very good, the staff is courteous and the quality-price ratio is excellent We will definitely be back.

Guys, what can I say? Mr. Gino is a person from another time, and he does everything with passion. Roman cuisine dishes of the highest level, and so much simplicity.

A Monteverde è da sempre garanzia di genuinità ed eccellenza nelle preparazioni dei piatti della tradizione romana, come "na vorta" ...unita alla gentilezza, simpatia e professionalità, che rendono accoglienza ed ospitalità perfetta. Cacio e pepe da urlo, the best ever. Pizza ottima. Prezzi onestissimi per la qualità offerta. Grazie Gino e Staff. Ormai siete una tappa fissa, sempre al meglio.

Sempre una garanzia per quando si vuole mangiare bene, in un ambiente accogliente, a prezzi accettabili. Abbiamo gustato un antipasto di mare, un fritto vegetale, una doppia porzione di carciofi alla romana e alla giudia, una carbonara, una scaloppina al vino bianco, una grigliata mista, dolci, acqua e caffè per meno di 100 euro.
