Family-run hotel, we felt at home, very kind staff, great chef, owners always ready to satisfy our every need. We felt spoiled and pampered. A special thank you to our excellent yoga teacher Claudia, a person of great empathy and intelligence. Restaurant with a very rich menu and very refined and exquisite dishes and excellent drinks served at the piano bar. Intimate room with all the right comforts. The hotel spa is very welcoming and clean with all the services, a beautiful panoramic garden exposed to the sun. The location is excellent because it is close to the historic center but in a quiet and sunny area. If possible we will definitely return. Thank you !!! Jessica and Martino

We stayed for 3 nights, warm and welcoming hotel, very attentive, friendly and helpful staff both in the dining room and at reception, varied options on the dinner menu, excellent breakfast, very nice wellness center and outdoor garden with Kneipp, sauna and Jacuzzi. Excellent experience in all its forms, from excursions to reach wonderful places, from the relaxation of the structure with the swimming pool, wellness program, massages thanks to the competence, professionalism and friendliness of Agnese and Elizabeth. After a walk, another useful and pleasant immersion in the discipline of yoga performed by the splendid Claudia. As regards the catering, thanks to the chef for the goodness and presentation of the first choice dishes, an impeccable service thanks to Maurizio, Davide, Manuela (also present in the bar service always very nice) and Elizier. We did not stay at this hotel, but the hotel staff was very helpful. My friends and I descended from the via ferrata at 10:30 p.m., and this hotel was the first on our way. We needed to get to our car, which was at the other end of the city. At the reception, they asked to call a taxi. The owner came up and said that it is late now, we will have to wait a long time for a taxi. And after that, he offered to give us a ride personally, for free! We were amazed! Thank you, it's cool that there are such people!)

We had a really good time. Excellent food, top cleanliness and well-organised wellness centre.

We spent a week on February 24. From our arrival we were welcomed with courtesy and kindness by all the staff. Perfect rooms in typical local wood. First category SPA from the heated indoor swimming pool to the indoor and outdoor sauna not to mention the wonderful jacuzzis, one indoor in an adults-only area and one heated outdoors with breathtaking views of the Dolomites. Not to mention the Driver Florino who with a call took us and came to pick us up on the slopes in 1 minute.... Dinners always at the top (we chose the half board formula). Claudia, her husband and her brother-in-law gave us valuable advice on everything.... from the slopes to the places to visit... By the way, don't miss the yoga lessons held by Claudia.... A place that has remained in our hearts.... Feeling at home, this is the title I would give to this review.... We hope to return next year.... A warm greeting also to the good Maurizio (restaurant)

I have been to this hotel for the third time and every time I am delighted. A warm family atmosphere combined with top-class service.
