A Gem of a family run hotel. Always a family member available on reception and amazing service in the restaurant and bar. Lovely spa/sauna/ wellness area. For skiers , personal boot warmers in allocated lockers and complementary shuttle service to ski lifts. All the staff seemed engaged and proud to be giving a fine service. A breath of fresh air. Everything worked well due to up to date maintenence. No faded glory here. Just pukka.

Structure really well served, a 10 minute walk away you are in the heart of Madonna di Campiglio. The spa is pampering, with an outdoor part which is wonderful in winter with the snow around it. The closest track is 3 minutes away by car, but they have their own transfer which runs continuously in the morning and evening. They also give you the option to call him upon request. Truly cutting-edge and very safe ski storage. They have a discount code for ski equipment rental in the shop next to the hotel. The structure is very clean, and the rooms are really nice, in typical mountain style. Rich breakfast with homemade products. Really friendly and helpful staff. We had a really good time. We will definitely be back

The hotel is completely unique, classy, and has an exceptional mountain style. The service is top-notch, with the guest always at the center of attention. If every hotel offered such standards and approach to guests, traveling would be a sheer pleasure. I highly recommend it.

We had a completely perfect stay at Hotel Gianna. From the owners and staff, to the rooms, to the food, to the location - it couldn’t have been better. It was a perfect mix of traditional charm and modern facilities, with a great spa and spacious rooms. The location is great, just a short walk to the main shopping and restaurant area and a hotel taxi who comes within a few minutes to pick you up from the lifts. But most of all the staff are wonderful - they know the perfect level of service to make you feel attended to and welcome, without being overbearing. Special shout out to the barman and restaurant team who embody service with a smile. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
