The strong point of this restaurant is the location. It's the place where I would like to find myself at sunset after a day at the beach. Very cool despite the very hot day, all the tables on the beach. Really lovely. Good food, some excellent courses (hot starter). Very kind staff. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately we waited 1 hour between the starters and the first courses due to a mix-up... they made it up to us amply by offering us a bottle of wine. I would definitely stay here again

A very nice restaurant on Portonovo beach, with tables inside and outside. The service was very good and fast, guys attentive to customer needs. The calamari and prawn skewers were very good, the fish of the day was certainly fresh and was cleaned very well. A good selection of local wines, also served with half bottles.

This restaurant is proof that you can never live on an income: your fame must be cultivated day by day and, if you are lulled by the idea that you cannot be relegated, for the place, for the fame gained over the years or things like that , then it's the right time to lose. The scenery is always wonderful, always the same, because Portonovo is an enchanted place, but this is nature's husband: the Giacchetti have no merit. The restaurant, however, has lost in quality: anonymous dishes, which leave no indelible memory on the palates of the customers. Invent something new and surprising. The service is good, kind waiters, in particular one, who gave us some wonderful chillies.....

We always come back. A restaurant on the beach where at night you eat by the light of the moon and sail. Excellent food and service

Charming location, dinner on the beach by candlelight. Attentive and fast staff. The main thing is excellent cuisine, seafood, octopus, fish. All excellently seasoned.

What can I say, an enviable location. Attentive and professional staff. Food with excellent starters, first courses and second courses. Coming back every year makes the beauty of summer unique.

Our Italian cousins took us to lunch here. This is a seafood restaurant, situated along the seacoast. Beautiful beach down below...and a beautiful Adriatic Sea to look at and enjoy! Our party of 6 was seated on the covered patio. Drink orders taken and served quickly. Most of the family ordered seafood dishes, both entrees and appetizers, and thoroughly enjoyed them! I was sorry to disappoint them, but both my hubby and I ordered pasta dishes: Tagliatelle with ragu sauce for me, spaghetti Napoli for him. We shared a Caprese salad. Ice cream desserts were ordered and shared. All around, everyone enjoyed their meal! And the setting was beautiful.

Ho pranzato qui dopo alcuni anni ed i sapori dei piatti di mare mi hanno emozionato. 1 antipasto ed 1 fritto misto da Paradiso. Mi sono ritornati in bocca d in mente i sapori della.mia infanzia. Una eccellenza gastronomica ! Consigliatooooooooooooo

17/06/2024: We've been getting takeaway pizza from this wonderful restaurant for the last four days and absolutely love it! The pizzas are fantastic – no matter what you order, everything tastes great. The beer and wine selection is equally impressive, with something to suit every taste. The owners are incredibly welcoming and made us feel like we were part of their family. Five stars are actually not enough to express our satisfaction. We would like to thank you very much. We can only warmly recommend this restaurant and are already looking forward to our next visit!

11/08/2024: It's not the first time we choose this restaurant. The quality of the fish cooked in a particular way is undoubted. Unfortunately this time we were struck by the superficiality of the service: having booked a table on the veranda, they welcomed us with the knowledge that they had reserved a table for us inside and only because we pointed it out, after several minutes of waiting, they made us sit at a table as agreed. The chef who usually goes around the tables, passes through the room several times, paying attention only to some tables and not even greeting us or others. The service is truly inadequate for a place that gives itself that type of tone and could easily support it.
07/08/2024: Food is a good 4.5/5 stars, the quality of the fish is great. However, the service was so unprofessional and awkward, it left the table blush. The two guys should really use a course for waitressing, not even a “thanks” or “please”, running without listening to the clients’ orders. We were ordering wine and the guy didn’t wait for us to tell him the end of the name or the date ( as there were 5 of the same wine from different years), we had to stop him to clarify and he was really rude. The only good one was the young girl. I would not recommend or come back because of the service.
