A restaurant on Portonovo Bay with a stunning sea view. Excellent food, generous portions (I recommend ordering at least two to fully enjoy the contents of the trays), and friendly and helpful service. Everything was perfect, even the delicious desserts. Reservations are recommended. Prices are below average for beach restaurants for the quality and quantity offered. We'll definitely be back!

I don't know how to put it... exceptional! We came here for dinner after an afternoon spent on the beach in Portonovo... the young, friendly staff were very good. Raw seafood with oysters, fried fish, pasta with sardines, and finally panna cotta... all accompanied by a good glass of white wine! Spectacular. I didn't have a sweater, so they brought me a light blanket because I was a little cold... Top! I absolutely recommend it!!!!!!

We tried the meat menu. The staff was friendly. The prices were in line with the area.

I think the location ranks among the top three most beautiful places I've ever been. You've already won when you offer tables literally on the beach, giving you that wonderful feeling of lightness you get when you feel your feet in the sand while you sit down to eat. The food is very good, no complaints there. We tried the seafood tagliatelle, paccheri with mussels, and grilled fish and were satisfied. The service is excellent. The waiters are super kind and available to answer questions and curiosities about the restaurant and the culinary traditions of the Marche region. The 4 stars are for a particular incident that occurred during dinner and a couple of other things. You know, to get 5 stars, everything has to be perfect, and unfortunately, it wasn't 100%. Basically, my girlfriend prefers not to eat spicy food, so she asked if the paccheri had any spicy flavor inside, and the waiter said no. After the first bite, we immediately noticed the spicy flavor inside, quite strong indeed. Personally, I really liked it, but I understand that it might bother someone, so it's only right that they know whether it's there or not. We mentioned this to the waiter, who very kindly replied that the chef probably added a spoonful of spicy oil. Nothing serious, obviously, but considering that some people might be intolerant or allergic, the situation could have ended differently. We also wanted to order "house fries" as a side dish, as listed on the menu. When we asked the waiter for them, he told us they were exactly the same ones served at the table when we arrived, and that they were basically just chips from a bag! A bit posse, by the way. So I don't quite understand why they say "house fries" on the menu when in reality they're just serving chips. Finally, a slightly "negative" aspect is the price. Not so much for the dishes, but more for some things that I honestly wouldn't expect to be so expensive. You can't spend 14 euros JUST for 2 covers and 2 bottles of water. Definitely illogical. I can understand the charm of this unusual location, but it seems excessive to eat there like this. In any case, the restaurant is worth trying and returning to!

Delicious raw fish, sea snails with a fantastic sauce, a fantastic location, and top-notch staff. I can't fault this place, it's the best. Food made with love, even for those who don't eat fish.

Ci siamo stati sia a pranzo che a cena. Il ristorante fa parte dell'affittacamere LE FONTANELLE di Portonovo Ancona. Si mangia molto bene. Elegante e curato. Personale di sala molto professionale e cortese. Praticamente sul mare con la possibilità, clima permettendo, di mangiare con il tavolo sulla spiaggia. Prezzi poco al di sopra della media ma commisurati alla qualità, al servizio e alla location.

LOCALE a 20 m dal mare, grande terrazza con splendida vista sulla baia. Molti tavoli sia al coperto che all’esterno CIBO buone le lumachine di mare, salatissimi i paccheri
