Restaurant with a traditional Tuscan menu featuring generous dishes. I recommend the mushroom menu, featuring a fabulous mushroom risotto and the sliced steak drowned in mushrooms, not to mention the polenta with mushrooms as an appetizer. The service is very fast and precise.

The conservatory is huge, as is the restaurant itself.
Unfortunately, the service, although prompt, was rather superficial and inattentive.

The fried and sautéed mushrooms were exceptional; I regret not having had the macaroni served with them. The house red wine was also good. The prices are reasonable.

A small place on the highway. The atmosphere is small but well-maintained. We went for dinner, and having had some issues with the menu—one of our dishes was missing—we settled for pizza and a fried dish. The second course was very good, but the first course, honestly, wasn't to my taste: very thin and a bit rubbery. Well, there was a bit of a mix-up with the service, and the pizza was a bit disappointing. But we'll be back to try the fish, which we'd really liked.

Last night, we chose Franco's all-inclusive menu for €35. Much to our disappointment and surprise, we were charged extra for service, water, wine, and coffee. The manager's behavior seemed unscrupulous, if not worse.

Franco has always been our restaurant, even more than 30 years—I'd dare say 50. When excellent, home-style quality is combined with impeccably managed service, I think that's enough. I'm not reviewing for others, but to thank all the staff. See you soon.

Trovato per caso, ottimo cibo, personale cordiale, porzioni abbondanti, servizio ottimi !
I maccheroni ai funghi porcini erano strepitosi, così come i tortelli al ragù! Ci torneremo sicuramente!
