Excellent and flavorful food!
The conservatory is huge, as is the restaurant itself.
Unfortunately, the service, although prompt, was rather superficial and inattentive.

The fried and sautéed mushrooms were exceptional; I regret not having had the macaroni served with them. The house red wine was also good. The prices are reasonable.

A small place on the highway. The atmosphere is small but well-maintained. We went for dinner, and having had some issues with the menu—one of our dishes was missing—we settled for pizza and a fried dish. The second course was very good, but the first course, honestly, wasn't to my taste: very thin and a bit rubbery. Well, there was a bit of a mix-up with the service, and the pizza was a bit disappointing. But we'll be back to try the fish, which we'd really liked.

Last night, we chose Franco's all-inclusive menu for €35. Much to our disappointment and surprise, we were charged extra for service, water, wine, and coffee. The manager's behavior seemed unscrupulous, if not worse.

Franco has always been our restaurant, even more than 30 years—I'd dare say 50. When excellent, home-style quality is combined with impeccably managed service, I think that's enough. I'm not reviewing for others, but to thank all the staff. See you soon.

We were welcomed by very kind staff, the place is really beautiful and elegant, we tried the Tuscan appetizer, a very generous and delicious dish, fried mushrooms (fried to perfection, delicious) then a pasta with ragù and the cod with leeks and polenta, both very good and generous portions, I wanted to go back after a few days but it was all full, but it will be a sure stop on the next trip to the area 😁

I maccheroni ai funghi porcini erano strepitosi, così come i tortelli al ragù! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Siamo stati in questo ristorante di sabato sera con un gruppo di amici. Ordinati degli antipasti, secondi e pizze siamo stati serviti in poco tempo. Il personale gentile ed efficiente, il cibo buono, devo però fare una critica sul rapporto qualità - prezzo. Per 15 euro a porzione l'arrosto misto deve essere molto più abbondante. Riguardo alla pizza l'impasto non ci ha convinto, troppo fine e al palato ci è sembrato contenesse altri tipi di farine oltre a quelle di grano
