A wonderful traditional trattoria. Unassuming from the outside, inside you'll find a wonderful Italian atmosphere in a classic family-run business. The pasta was excellent and probably the best carbonara I've ever eaten. Anyone looking for a classic trattoria in Milan should stop by Franco.

From the outside, it does look much but inside the magic happens. Great authentic food served by authentic and friendly people.

This place is an oasis. We walked in from the hot summer sun and were greeted cheerfully by the staff. The place jas a beautiful authentic Italian atmosphere. The fact that we saw a lot of locals eating here was a clear sign of the wonderful things to come. We enjoyed delicious Tagliatelle at a very adequate price. The portion size was large and we felt full. The deserts here are also amazing. Another wonderful addition to the atmosphere is that the owner actually drops by to say hello

I am used to eating well, there are many renowned restaurants, but here you eat really well, here you eat fish and meat cooked on the grill of the wood oven, then excellent value for money, then the best dishes of the best Apulian tradition.

I don't know how to say that for me it was the BEST restaurant I've eaten at in Italy. The quality/price ratio is a 10/10. What I liked most was the quality of the dishes, their "homemade" dishes, the daily specials, the wood-fired pizzas (which I didn't try, but they looked spectacular, like everything else). The service from everyone was fantastic, even though we were the only tourists there! I truly recommend it 100%!

Franco Franco Franco! I went there with 3 friends without a reservation and without knowing the place and we loved it. Delicious pasta dish of the day and good tiramisu. Traditional restaurant and professional service. Highly recommended.

Franco è un oste di altri tempi. Ti accoglie con il sorriso, una battuta e ti consiglia le sue specialità. L' intero locale ha un' atmosfera intima e autentica. In una Milano in cui ogni locale diventa in breve tempo fighetto, la trattoria di Franco è rimasta semplice dal clima famigliare. Piatti abbondanti e buonissimi: si sente la qualità dei prodotti e la cura nel cucinarli. Giusto rapporto qualità prezzo considerando la zona in cui si trova. Ci ritorneremo!!!

Da Franco? No, da provare. Non è una trattoria, è un piacevole ristorante d’altri tempi. Voti da 1 a 10: 9 per il locale. Accogliente, con una sala che ospita circa una trentina di coperti. Arredamento semplice e gradevole, boiserie e pareti gialle, soffitto bianco sopra delle travi a vista. Per me è bellissimo. 7 per il cibo. Orecchiette con le cime di rapa, buone e abbondanti (un po’ poche le cime…), polpette al sugo gradevoli, mentre il tiramisù non mi ha entusiasmato. 9 per il servizio. Veloce e molto cordiale. Il signor Franco è parecchio simpatico, sa mettere a proprio agio il cliente e crea da subito una confidenza senza scadere in eccessi di nessun tipo. Il cameriere è stato gentilissimo. Unica nota negativa è che il cameriere lasciava una forte scia di profumo. In questo si potrebbe moderare. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Primo, secondo, mezza d’acqua in vetro, dolce caffè e coperto, il tutto per €39,00. Onesti. Ci tornerei? Sì Lo consiglierei? Sì.
