Our first time in Stia, we went to this traditional restaurant. It's a traditional restaurant with mountain-style decor, welcoming and attentive staff, prompt service, and plenty of cutlery. Above all, the food was delicious; saffron risotto and pappardelle with wild boar, served in the characteristic earthenware pot. All that remains is to compliment the owners. PS: Excellent value for money.

Patience is required and there's absolutely no rush! This place is unique! The dishes served are simple but excellent! The service is truly family-like. The quality/price ratio is excellent.

An absolute insider tip. It's hard to get more Italian than this. The food is extremely good. The prices are unbeatable. You'll want to try everything on the menu. Depending on when you arrive, you might have to wait. It's worth the wait.

22/02/2026: I went despite reading many negative reviews, but instead I found the restaurant immersed in the tranquility of a large, stunning park, and a unique historical location, although obviously with some parts that could use some updating (as is the case with all historic buildings). Service was quick despite the restaurant being full. Both the fixed-price menu and the à la carte menu offered good traditional Tuscan dishes. We were fortunate to also find the castle open to the public, with a guided tour led by Amos, a friendly expert and a talented writer who passionately shared the castle's history with visitors. Thank you for a wonderful day.
