Rustic atmosphere, affordable prices, basic menu. Just don't ask for truffles, because they'll be served poorly and infrequently. That is, don't expect the waiter to grate the tuber over your tagliatelle... it's all a jumble of pickles. Go for cured meats, cheeses, and grilled meats.

This restaurant was a wonderful surprise for its fast and attentive service, the quality of its products, and its value for money. I'd say it's one of the last truly Italian restaurants... I recommend tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffles, and a Florentine steak... paired with the house wine, of course!

The menu features dishes where truffles take center stage, as Quadri is known for its truffles! First courses include delicious homemade pasta. The atmosphere is a bit chaotic, with plenty of seating. The service is impeccable; the waiter was quick, helpful, and courteous.

Fantastic restaurant, very kind staff, we had a wonderful lunch, everything was fresh, excellent and delicious, a must try, there are culinary novelties I have never eaten in my life. We will return as soon as possible.

Fantastic restaurant! We came all the way from Torino di Sangro with our girls to try the truffles: everything was delicious, generous portions, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it.

A nice welcoming place, in a town renowned for its truffles, we couldn't help but try dishes with this specialty and we found them to be excellent second courses with quality meat... excellent prices and kind and friendly staff... we will definitely return

19/08/2025: This wine shop is a gem in the historic center of Vasto. The interior is truly rustic, the wine selection is truly extensive, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to guide my partner and I to the perfect wine according to our tastes (even with unusual wines by the glass, like mine, which was a bit acidic). The platter is spectacular, all the food is top-notch. In short, this is a must-see if you're passing through Vasto!
19/08/2025: A little gem in the center of Vasto, where my partner and I enjoyed an excellent glass of wine and a delicious platter of cured meats and cheeses. The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable! We'll definitely be back!

18/09/2025: ...it's comfortable, and spotlessly clean, serves neatly cooked traditional dishes for no-frills, no-fuss quick meals. staff are experienced, capable, welcoming – and manage to keep restrooms the way they should be kept! local crowd at aperitifs' time tend to easily get overly loud – place is roadside pit-stop for recurring farmers, truckers, industry workers and bikers, at the end of the afternoon... rest of the day sounds much quieter. never failed me in about four years, no matter which shift was on duty when i stopped by (which happens at least twice per week)... on my weekly route before letting Mantua slide by, it's either this one for me, or simply keep driving to destination if still closed.
