Everything perfect...excellent cuisine, friendly staff and Guglielmo (owner @) top! It's worth it...From starters to main courses...everything exceptional!

Mid-August Fixed menu. Very full restaurant...a little too much for the cuisine. We ate well, rich appetizer, mozzarella and grilled vegetables, good and mature ham and cheeses, 2 excellent traditional first courses, good and tender lamb steak and chops. The wait......too long. We will return but not on mid-August.

During my recent visit to Quadri, I had the pleasure of dining at this extraordinary restaurant specializing in truffles. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, which made the whole experience truly memorable. The menu, a celebration of truffles, exceeded all my expectations. Each dish was a perfect combination of flavors, where the truffle, expertly used, enhanced and completed each ingredient. Each course was a triumph of taste and refinement, prepared with great care and attention to detail. The quality of the raw materials used and the chef's ability to enhance them made each course a unique sensorial experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very welcoming, perfect for a special evening. The service was impeccable, with attentive, welcoming staff available to satisfy our every request, always with a smile. We truly felt at home, thanks to the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. In conclusion, this restaurant in Quadri is a true gem for truffle lovers and anyone who wants to enjoy a high-level culinary experience. I can't wait to return for another evening of good taste and excellence.

Very fast service and efficient staff. The truffle pasta (with other mushrooms) was good even if there were some moldy parts. The meat is a little tough but has a good flavour

We dined here and had a wonderful meal. Truffle tagliatelle were great 👍 Also had the baked cheese with truffle, also very good. Can only recommend it, Perfetto 🤙

Un piccolo paese dell'entroterra ci ha regalato, durante una gita fuori porta, questa sosta Da Filandro. Fin da subito siamo stati accolti come in famiglia dai proprietari, figlio a servire ed accogliere i clienti e mamma in cucina. Avendo una bambina piccola di 1 anno ci hanno anche gentilmente fatto una pastina al sugo buonissima al volo su richiesta. Gli antipasti e i primi piatti erano alcuni con tartufo ed altri classici, porzioni giuste e gusto ottimo. Tiramisù di Luisa (la mamma) spettacolare e amaro alle erbe fatto in casa veramente ottimo. Fa piacere che ci siano ancora questi ristoranti a conduzione familiare dove mangiare bene e spendere il giusto (poco meno di 30 euro a testa per la cronaca). Bravi!!

I often go to Filandro as he has a house near Quadri. The food is excellent, everything is of great quality and excellent service. P.S. it is the area with the best truffles I have ever eaten, consequently you can find the typical dishes with this precious tuber at Filandro himself. I highly recommend it!!!
