Spectacular location on a hill with an enviable view. High quality Piedmontese cuisine. The cellar has more than 300 labels reaching up to Romanee Conti😱. Impeccable service and great friendliness Well done Fausto!

Goed eten voor een schappelijke prijs. Bieden menu’s aan dan geen keuze. A la carte iets duurder maar dan echt te kiezen wat je wilt.

16/12/2024: Very welcoming and well-kept place, helpful and attentive to detail dining room staff, we opted for the tasting menu, very balanced and tasty in all courses, special mention for the pasta both the ravioli pastry and the tagliatelle, made to perfection 'art, perfect thickness, excellent cooking and closing of the ravioli, we enjoyed it very much, advised.

03/12/2024: I stopped by, without a reservation, and they found a place for me. Excellent service, the staff (all) are very courteous. Fassona tartare with top truffle! The porcini risotto and the nougat also fully satisfied me. Large selection of wines. Experience to be repeated.
30/11/2024: Beautiful, charming dining room with a wine list that stretches almost endlessly. Solid Piemontesi food cooked with finesse. The service can feel. Little slow at times but they are warm, friendly and generous when you get them. The agnolotti and ravioli stood out, and the bagna cauda. Would come back here any time I’m near Vignale would make a special trip for it.
