Hey there 🥂 beautiful view, nice atmosphere, everyone's friendly, expensive but not too much, there are bottles of wine for as little as 22 euros, it's a family-run business, the women work more than him 😁😂👻 But he's kind, a little peculiar. I, a vegetarian, had the pasta, which was good and plentiful, mushrooms and spicy potatoes were very good 🥂

I really liked the service, but considering the standard of food in Italy, I expected more sophisticated flavors.

We ate very well in a truly special setting! Magical location... excellent wine 🍷... original dishes.. absolutely worth coming here!!

Excellent cuisine, full of good tastes and excellent location, re-arranged and reorganized (at least for the writer compared to the previous visit many years before). Let's start with the dishes with extraordinary tastes such as veal with tuna sauce or tagliolini with pesto or calamari or tagliata or desserts etc., all accompanied by a cellar with a wide selection as in the photo. The main glass room allows a panoramic view from the top of the hill and, in the evening, to enjoy the sunset. To try again to appreciate new surprises.

A truly special Easter at the Da Fausto Restaurant. The location is enchanting, with attention to detail and immersed in a quiet and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for celebrating with taste. The menu proposed for the occasion lived up to expectations, balanced and well-studied. The starters were a refined start: the raw tuna on salad was fresh and delicate, while the veal with tuna sauce with capers, a timeless classic, won over with its softness. Finally, the artichoke soufflé in puff pastry with fondue was the real surprise: an explosion of enveloping flavours. Among the first courses, we chose the trofie with cherry tomatoes, monkfish, olives and capers: a fragrant and tasty dish, well balanced and perfectly combined. The Castelmagno gnocchi were equally tasty, with a creaminess that enveloped the palate. For the second course, the Gavi veal scoop proved to be tender and fragrant, with a perfect balance between meat and wine. The Cima alla Genovese is also excellent, a traditional dish that is respected and enhanced with skill here. To end on a sweet note, the panna cotta on strawberry coulis and chopped nougat provided freshness and crunchiness, while the basket of phyllo pastry with fiordilatte and berries was able to surprise with lightness and flavour. Courteous service, well-managed times and a relaxing atmosphere complete an experience that I highly recommend. Da Fausto confirms itself as an excellent choice for special occasions.

Heerlijk menu met een uiterst vriendelijke en kundige gastheer. Wijnen zijn er verrukkelijk. Geweldig restaurant met een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Todo era perfecto — la comida era deliciosa, el ambiente era fantástico, y sobre todo, nuestro anfitrión es una persona increíble. Lo visitamos una vez al año, y nunca deja de impresionar.
