The environment is that of a restaurant: paper tablecloths, a single glass, etc. but the cuisine is exceptional (it feels like I'm eating at my grandmother's house) and the service is amazing!!! In short, at Farina you are always welcomed and you eat like God!!!!

Tipica trattoria fuori città, locale non appariscente ma ottima cucina casalinga, servizio al tavolo abbastanza veloce e prezzi abbordabili. Personalmente ho cenato con una splendida e buonissima fiorentina cotta perfettamente che, però, ho dovuto richiedere il giorno prima. Il locale non è enorme e con un buon flusso, quindi, a mio parere, conviene prenotare. Consigliato.

TOP restaurant .... Courtesy, availability and lots of good traditional food. The Tagliatelle are legendary but not only that I also recommend Cappelletti or Passatelli in broth!!!!

Yesterday was the first time I had lunch here but I wasn't very satisfied. The first course was ravioli but the cream wasn't right! The cooked vegetable was decidedly tasteless and had a strange smell. I will try again and choose other dishes.

04/01/2025: We had dinner with friends at the legendary Rolando, master of dialect cuisine, writer, painter, but above all it is always a pleasure to spend time in his company. Restaurant that spans the history of cuisine over the last 50 years, with strictly typical dishes of the area and excellent wines. An excellent dinner in a refined and familiar environment and service. Very good to recommend
