First of all, the staff is truly friendly and pleasant. The ingredients are top-notch. I couldn't find anything wrong with them. Everything was perfect. The selection of appetizers was sublime, and every course was of the highest quality, from the prosciutto crudo to the carne crudo with bagna cáuda. And considering the quantity and the second helpings offered, I would have been pleasantly full already. But I had the Fritto Misto alla Piemontese. I thought I wouldn't be able to finish it, but it was so good I even had second helpings. The house wine was excellent, almost 3 liters. 🤗🤗... with coffee, grappa, and bitters. I just couldn't finish dessert, I was so full. The only downside is that I can't go every night. The price? Considering the quality and quantity, we didn't spend much. Congratulations!! You are truly excellent!!

A very welcoming restaurant with polite and helpful staff. A la carte menu or a set menu are available. The restaurant's signature dish is the Piedmontese-style fritto misto. We opted for the à la carte menu: Mixed hot and cold appetizers, Stuffed ravioli, Mixed fried fish, Cod with polenta, Trio of snails with polenta, Choice of desserts Wine, water, coffee €30 per person What can I say? Everything was delicious!!

We went there on the recommendation of the hotelier where we were staying. It's famous for its generous and delicious appetizers, and the Piedmontese fried food lived up to expectations. The roast veal was incredibly tender and flavorful. The service was a bit slow, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The prices were fair for the quality and quantity. Parking is limited unless you park 200 meters from the restaurant, but it's a disaster in rainy weather. I recommend booking.

Excellent trattoria...unmissable mixed antipasti (€16) for stuffed pear with tuna, fresh tomino cheese with onion jam, mixed local cured meats, carpaccio with bagna cauda, ​​whitefish with t Arugula and cherry tomatoes, mushroom flan with fondue, eggplant roll, panissa (sausage and bean risotto €10), fried mushrooms (seasonal €18), mixed fritto misto Piemontese-style (sweet/savory). Fried food done well and not greasy...generous portions. Bravo!

Sono stato da Enrico in un momento particolare, l’adunata degli alpini a Biella. Non posso esprimere giudizi sulla location, l’insonorizzazione e altro. L’ambiente era gioioso, rumoroso, e cameratesco. Posso dire pero’ di aver mangiato molto bene, 5 antipasti, die primi, il fritto misto piemontese, torta, caffe’ e grappa. Tutto molto buono, con tempi non lunghi nonostante l’affollamento. L’unica critica che mi sento di fare e’ che sarei stato disposto a pagare di piu’ per dei vini adeguati ( il vino della casa non era male, ma in Piemonte si beve meglio). Prezzi modici e tanta simpatia.

Ottimo pranzo! Bisogna andare affamati perché le porzioni sono abbondanti: 7 antipasti, 1 fritto misto, dolce e caffè, vino e acqua a volontà ad un prezzo molto ragionevole. Unico neo i grandi saloni risultano molto affollati e rumorosi. Ci ritorneremo volentieri. Il ristorante è posizionato non lontano dal lago di Viverone con possibilità di belle passeggiate immersi nel verde
