I passed through Fano for work and stopped at "Da Ciarro" along the seafront. The best seafood carbonara I've tasted in years! Well done Ciarro! When I'm back in Fano, I'll be back to try the pizza (the pizzeria is closed for lunch).

I went for dinner with my girlfriend after a few friends recommended it. The place was crowded on the weekend; we waited twenty minutes for the pizza, but it was worth it! You could taste the expertise of the wood-fired oven and the quality of the ingredients used! See you soon, Ciarro!

On Saturday, September 13, I had dinner at DA CIARRO, and at least as far as I could tell, the food was very good. The peppered mussels were AWESOME (they tasted very similar to Taranto mussels). The tagliolini allo scoglio (seafood tagliolini) was also very good, but above all, it was plentiful. The service was courteous, a little slow, and lacked coordination in feeding everyone at the same time. I'll definitely be back!

12/01/2026: Excellent pizza, crispy and easy to digest, topped with top-quality ingredients and refined local specialties, and delicious. The place is well-kept and very welcoming, and the service is attentive and fast. One of the best pizzerias I've ever been to, and I'm always happy to return.
