A place no one expects! What can I say? The place is small and above all welcoming. You arrive and are greeted by Carlo and his beautiful daughters. There were two of us and we ordered the cured meat sushi, a small appetizer platter, and two focaccias, one made by Carlo of his choice and one with carbonara cream and artichokes. The quality was top-notch, the ingredients were exquisite, and everything was truly delicious! We'll be back soon to spend another evening eating high-quality products and, above all, feeling like family!

More than just a meal, it was a food and wine experience. The products are of the highest quality, masterfully assembled by Carlo's inexhaustible imagination. The cured meat sushi is simply fantastic. The service, entrusted to Carlo's daughter, was impeccable.

Absolutely incredible sandwich shop! Hands down the best in Sicily. The quality of the hams and cheeses is out of this world, truly the most flavorful and authentic I’ve ever had. What makes it even more special is the owner Carlo. He is so sweet and kind, and went above and beyond, even offering us samples of different meats and hams to try. You can feel the passion and love for what he does in every bite. This is an absolute hidden gem that I cannot recommend highly enough. If you’re anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and stop in. Truly unforgettable!

What a joy to have stopped for a Carlo's panino at lunchtime. You are served like kings, you are allowed to taste all the cheeses you want (I'm not talking about the portions they give you just to taste) and everything is delicious. The service is great, baby-friendly, and there is even a room to enjoy your meal. Thank you!!
