I went to this delicacy shop because I discovered it by chance on FB and since I live in Germany the first thing I did when I went to Palermo for the holidays was to try these fantastic sandwiches stuffed with local and very high quality products, a remarkable combination of tastes. Mr. Carlo is a friendly, sociable and professional person, he welcomed us and treated us with kid gloves in his little world of delicacies, I won't forget him... see you next year.
