31/08/2025: We visited Ambasciatori di Massaro and had a truly excellent experience. The location is meticulously designed, elegant yet welcoming, with the perfect atmosphere for enjoying a special lunch or dinner. The service was magnificent: the staff were attentive, courteous, and professional, always present but never intrusive. The cuisine is a true triumph of Sicilian flavors revisited with refinement. We began with a rich and varied mixed seafood appetizer: seafood salad, octopus with mayonnaise, shrimp in pink sauce, marinated anchovies, and fish caponata, all fresh and beautifully presented. This was followed by stuffed ravioli topped with cherry tomatoes and fish, an explosion of flavor. To finish on a sweet note, a traditional cannoli filled with fresh ricotta and decorated with candied fruit: simply perfect. A restaurant that combines quality, attention to detail, and tradition: highly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic Sicilian haute cuisine experience in Palermo.

30/08/2025: This is a restaurant right next to a hotel. The terrace, although it faces a parking lot, is very inviting with lights, lots of plants, and beautifully designed tables and chairs. The interior is beautiful and very pleasant, and they often play relaxing music. We stayed at the hotel for a week and ate in the restaurant several times. We were almost always served by a waiter named Antonio. We are very grateful for his excellent service and kindness, always with a smile. The food is also highly recommended. The pizzas are very good, and there is a variety of other dishes. We highly recommend it.
