After searching for a restaurant for Sunday lunch, we found availability at this restaurant, which pleasantly surprised us. The ambiance has been renovated in a modern and pleasant way, and is designed on various levels to create a relaxing atmosphere. We ordered various à la carte options, including appetizers, first courses, and second courses, all very good. The service was attentive and friendly, and the bill was reasonable. Recommended.

21/01/2026: My name is Mirko Marchesi, I'm 52 years old, and on Saturday a customer took me to this restaurant for lunch. I asked if it was possible to have carbonara (not on the menu). I'm writing this first-ever review because I found the carbonara perfect in every detail: plating, temperature, and flavor. I was particularly struck by how the different flavors were so delicately expressed. Despite having lived in Rome for 18 months, I consider this carbonara the best I've ever eaten, and the service is equally excellent. Thank you so much, ARTE E GUSTO.. BRAVISSIMI Doc No. 0476-0002
