DA BENITO In Torino

This is my first time writing a review, and I'm giving a restaurant such a low rating because I have so much respect for everyone's work. It's definitely overpriced for the quality of the ingredients used and their preparation.

If you're in Turin, a great experience is to get out of the city center and immerse yourself in authentic Italian cuisine. The service was friendly and prompt, explaining each dish in detail. For the starter, Zuppa di molluschi mista, which was a true delight. For the main courses, San Pietro al funghi and Spaghetti alle vongole veraci. For the dessert, tiramisu and sorbetti. Congratulations to the entire team at Da Benito restaurant. Thank you very much.

I think it's one of the best peace restaurants in Turin. Generous and tasty portions with excellent value. Impeccable service.

The "Da Benito" restaurant in Turin is a real treat for seafood lovers, offering a culinary experience that left us enthusiastic and satisfied, akin to home cooking. The rice "al certosino" is a must-try. The attentive and friendly service contributes to a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The wine selection is varied, combined with competitive prices that aren't intimidating. We finished with a mandarin sorbet, the best I've ever tasted. "Da Benito" is definitely a place I highly recommend.

Excellent seafood restaurant, traditional and classic. My go-to place for seafood lunch or dinner! Always open.

Well, what can I say? Nothing special, but not bad either. The place is decorated in a 1970s style, and the staff still does their job like they would in a 1970s place. The price isn't particularly high. If you're inspired by the past, it's worth a visit; if not, as I've read, don't be so critical.

Excellent restaurant, impeccable service and high quality in a well-preserved 1960s setting

Fantastic authentic and great place. We were a larger group of six people eating and I found this place on the map when I was looking for lunch along the roads of Turin. I thought it sounded okay based on the reviews but everyone was completely surpassed by the food, staff and atmosphere. When we got there at lunchtime it was completely empty but the restaurant filled up completely during the time we were there. Those of us who ate often have high expectations of the food we eat and were all extremely satisfied with both the service and the care as well as the food. The food we ordered was pasta bolognese, vongole, frutti di mare and a shared plate with different types of fish which were all excellent. Nicely priced for what you get. A place that just has to be visited when you are in, or have the roads passing by Turin.

Perfect, only flaw: very noisy.

It's my favorite restaurant. The value for money is unbeatable, considering I travel a lot and eat out more often than at home! I'm a fan. Their sweet and sour salmon is unique.
