I visited this restaurant after a long trip around Europe, wanting to try something different. The staff were very kind and the meat dish they recommended (sorry, I can't remember the name) was delicious. I also liked that they let me taste the wine before ordering!

The two of us went for dinner. Tommaso, the very kind waiter, managed to get us a table. We had two first courses (gricia and pajata) and chicory.
Definitely a place we'll return to!
Excellent service, super welcoming atmosphere.

I had a wonderful dinner at Armando al Pantheon. The pasta dishes were perfectly al dente and seasoned just right—simple yet full of flavor. The roasted lamb was outstanding, offering three different cuts on one plate. It was so delicious I couldn’t resist picking up the bone and licking my fingers clean. The wine list was solid, and the sommelier was both knowledgeable and warm. The atmosphere was cozy and authentically Roman. Just make sure to book well in advance—the online reservation system opens a month ahead and fills up quickly!

I am so glad we were able to book a table at this amazing restaurant. Not only are the food and service amazing, but you're steps away from the Pantheon (in case you're seated outside). Every dish we had was delicious, the eggplant and egg drop soup appetizers, any of the spaghetti! The osso bucco special was divine and the wine pairing was perfect. And, of course a perfect tiramisu for dessert. Definitely make this restaurant part of your visit to Rome, you will not be disappointed!

A mixed experience for somewhere so highly rated. Had to book at midnight a whole month before, which seemed crazy but I thought I’d give it a shot.
The restaurant was a nice cosy atmosphere. Pasta was incredibly salty - almost inedibly so.
Service was slow but the staff were nice and kind. The lamb secondi was the stand out - so delicious with potatoes and salad, it saved the day !

Fabulous restaurant next to the Pantheon (obviously). MUST reserve a month ahead exactly. Strangely when we arrived there was a sign saying "fully booked" but restaurant was not full. They must know their limits and cook amazing food for a limited crowd. I would not choose outdoor seating which requires an email. The atmosphere inside is lovely. Outside is a little chaotic.
Best Rigatoni all' Amatriciana we had in Rome, period. Crispy guanciale, perfectly toothy rigatoni. Carbonara and cacio e Pepe also both perfection. Our appetizers were lovely, a tomato bread with bufala mozzarella, and anchovies over cooked greens. Amazing wine at a reasonable price recommended by the sommelier. Wish we could go back. Just outstanding.

Istituzione della cucina romana.
Tappa difficile da.....raggiungere.....ma con ostinazione e pazienza ci sono riuscito.
Meritava.
Carbonara eccellente.
Due antipasti notevoli per bontà e novità.
Intriganti fuori menù.
Signora bionda addetta ai vini splendidamente sorridente e competente....ci consiglio un eccellente rosso umbro.
Prezzi decisamente ragionevoli.
Insomma,se ce la fate a prenotare,andateci.
P. S. Il locale è bellissimo. Caldo. Accogliente....salvo che per i non prenotati.
