We went to Alvaro's for a May Day family lunch, inspired by the enthusiastic recommendation of our neighbors, and we couldn't be happier with our discovery. It was a complete surprise! The first courses were exceptional: flavorful, carefully prepared, and generous portions, just as tradition dictates. But the real star of the lunch was the grilled meat. The first bite revealed the supreme quality of the ingredients, enhanced by the impeccable cooking. It's hard to find better in the area. I'd also add that there's a wonderful family atmosphere, the staff is welcoming, and the value for money is unbeatable. It's one of those authentic places where you eat divinely and feel right at home. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

A simple and practical place. The menu is limited, but all very inviting. We had grilled cheese and high-quality meats and salami, cooked with evident skill. It's worth going back and forth.

I went last week on Saturday night, and the place was packed, so we waited a bit, and to our surprise, they ran out of bread to make the crostoni we wanted, but then they brought us bread for dinner. I thought the tagliolini with mushrooms and sausage were better, but they weren't well-rounded, and so were the tagliolini. On a positive note, the waitress went out of her way that evening and was super friendly.

I agree with what other reviews have said: the food is excellent, and you pay what you get. However, since it's located in a shopping mall, you might not immediately realize you're entering a restaurant with food that's a little more sophisticated than the usual lunch menu, so you might be surprised at the checkout.
