We arrived relatively late considering the restaurant's closing time, but Gianni immediately put us at ease with his warm welcome and the professionalism of someone who knows his craft. The place exudes a sense of family warmth mixed with old-world elegance, while Silvia's dishes delighted us from start to finish. A visit is highly recommended!

What a gem. We went twice on our week long trip. (The person who complained about the portion size is clearly not used to eating in Europe.) Homemade ravioli was delicious. The pasta with the chickpeas I was so surprised how much I loved it. And Da Alighiero was the best Florentine steak we had our entire trip. Random but the mashed potatoes were delicious. Silvia & Gianni went above and beyond for our baby - made her a heart shaped breadstick and gave her a balloon. Gianni knows his wine!!!

Come eat here with the same enthusiasm you would go to your friend's house. Because Gianni, the owner, treats you as such. I thank my friends who recommended it to me! We will return every time we pass through Anghiari

Una comida y velada verdaderamente memorables. La especialidad de la casa de pato e hinojo y los ñoquis rellenos de porcini eran excelentes. Excelente cocina y gran ambiente y servicio. Gracias.

08/07/2025: The restaurant we were supposed to go to was closed but we got a table and good food without any problems. Nice meat dishes and generous portions
06/07/2025: Cozy terrace, friendly service, and super tasty food with lots of flavor and everything fresh like truffle, pasta etc. Both meat and pasta dishes super seasoned and tasty. Definitely recommended!
