We visited this restaurant in June 2025. Today, months later, it came back to our mind while we were in the car, it’s one of those places you remember. We realized we should have left a review.
We arrived on a very hot day, hungry after exploring the region, and decided to trust the owner for a recommendation. He was incredibly friendly and clearly passionate about what he does, so we let him bring his specialties. It was the best decision!
The food was outstanding, featuring high-quality ingredients prepared with genuine care. The fresh salad, the perfectly marinated meat, and the delicious ravioli were all a delight. Honestly, one of the best meals we’ve ever had. We’d love to come back if we are ever in the area again!

A wonderful, historic, and ancient place. Gianni is the host, a true Tuscan, kind and very friendly. Silvia in the kitchen is fantastic; the food is superb and very high quality. Anyone who says it's expensive probably eats at Eurospin and dines out once a year, because the prices are absolutely not high, and are in line with the quality served. A delicious plate of pasta costs between 11 and 13 euros. How much do you want to pay in the historic center of a world-famous medieval village? I recommend it to everyone.

The best restaurant in Anghiari, listed in the Michelin Guide for many years and already included in the 2026 guide, offers exquisite and authentic dishes from the Tuscan tradition. The wine selection is top-notch. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable.

An absolute highlight in Anghiari!
Whether it was the appetizer, main course, or dessert, everything was a dream.
Every composition was perfect down to the last detail, and the drink recommendations were perfectly matched.
The owner and her husband are a fantastic team: warm, attentive, and with a true passion for good food. She had a great story to tell about every dish, and you can feel the love and skill that goes into every plate. A fantastic chef and a beautiful restaurant.

Traveling through central Italy and wandering the streets of beautiful Anghiari, I stumbled upon this place by chance. I found the authentic Tuscan osteria, just what I was looking for. A wonderful experience. Excellent food. I'll be back...🍷

What can I say... The owner is not very friendly.... And the POS doesn't work, cash only.... Good dishes make up for it, even if the prices aren't in line with the quality.
