I'm a fan of pan pizza, and here I found another place in the Rivoli area that I love to frequent. I highly recommend it.

A small but welcoming place, where you're treated with kindness and attention. The farinata is among the best you'll find in Liguria. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The pizza is unique. It looks like it's pan-fried, but it's not your typical pan-fried pizza. It's basically cooked twice, or even topped with raw ingredients, depending on the pizza. The dough is very well-leavened, making it incredibly easy to digest. My favorite? The Cupolino, with wonderfully sweet Saarxano tomato slices and buffalo mozzarella. A true spectacle. Beers from the Soralamà brewery in Vaie. What more could I ask for? Try it!

Cupolino is a real gem for pizza lovers. Light dough, excellent ingredients and perfect cooking: every bite is a pleasure. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is kind, always smiling. A pizzeria where you can feel the passion in everything. I will definitely be back!

It's really worth stopping! Super nice atmosphere! Farinata to take! Pizza al tegamino with excellent ingredients! A really smiling and kind girl welcomed us, the pizza chef was also good (excellent ingredients) small location... I who love environments that are not too crowded! What can I say... my husband and I will return 🔝❤️

Nice place with few seats to evidently guarantee a very high quality product and service. 4 flavors of farinata (we tried 2) and spectacular pan pizza. The off-menu seasonal choices are also nice. Not being able to decide which was my favourite, between the pizzas and the farinata I will definitely have to return to be sure of the verdict.

22/03/2025: Prima esperienza al Senza Scampo molto positiva, ottimi gli antipasti, buonissimi i primi e particolare e squisita la mousse di cioccolato olio e sale. Unico appunto menù un po' ristretto (4 antipasti, 4 primi 3 dolci) prezzo con The Fork molto conveniente.
22/03/2025: Si conferma per la sua proposta Marina. Menù semplice, piatti che accontentano tutti, dal crudo al fritto, passando dai ricci per concludere con primi originali e buoni. In questa occasione segnalo un tagliolino pecorino e tonno, ed un sublime Branzino. Location curata “ interno ed esterno “. Il titolare e la squadra attenti ai particolari. Assolutamente Consigliato.

18/09/2025: Update: I stopped by again, and the situation hasn't changed. We ordered four pizzas, two of which were clearly dry and overcooked (I don't want to use the word burnt, to avoid offending). I also wanted to point out that reviews, even when they're not entirely positive, can be a valuable source of inspiration for improvement and greater attention in the future. The important thing is not to view them as a personal attack or to dismiss a dissatisfied customer as a "problem," but to embrace them as an opportunity for growth. If, however, they're viewed merely as an excuse to maintain the quality of service, we risk stagnating. Thanks anyway, and I appreciate your reply. Guys, I've been coming here for a while, but I have to be honest after having ordered so many pizzas. There's potential, but 1 out of 2 pizzas are almost burnt (charred in some spots). Sometimes they ask for multigrain dough, and I end up with the regular one (+€1.50). That's fine for a €6 pizza. But here you spend almost €12... I'm sorry. 3 stars because, as I said, the idea is interesting and the pizza isn't bad.
19/08/2025: TOP pizza! For us, the best... Delivery always on time and accompanied by an equally punctual small and delicious gift. Highly recommended
