For our tastes, obviously, we didn't like the pizza; the ingredients are quality and the atmosphere is friendly. Parking is difficult; I recommend arriving early.

What a discovery!!...excellent pan pizza...high-quality ingredients, even better dough. The farinata was delicious, and the desserts were also good, all at very reasonable prices for the quality offered...I'll be back.

A small but welcoming place, where you're treated with kindness and attention. The farinata is among the best you'll find in Liguria. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The pizza is unique. It looks like it's pan-fried, but it's not your typical pan-fried pizza. It's basically cooked twice, or even topped with raw ingredients, depending on the pizza. The dough is very well-leavened, making it incredibly easy to digest. My favorite? The Cupolino, with wonderfully sweet Saarxano tomato slices and buffalo mozzarella. A true spectacle. Beers from the Soralamà brewery in Vaie. What more could I ask for? Try it!

Ca' Mia

28/02/2026: At Cá Mia, things went so-so: the food was top-notch, and the waiter who served us was attentive and professional. The wine list was excellent, but the way it was served was a shame: the owner and chef, Marco Albano, poured it with a distracted and seemingly annoyed expression, but more importantly, first for the man and then for the woman, which was a bit disappointing. Although the lighting was subdued, the atmosphere felt a bit dark and a bit old-fashioned, which took away some of the evening's magic. A little tweaking to the lighting and wine service could make it a truly remarkable place. Prices are moderately high, but in keeping with the quality of the ingredients.
22/02/2026: The food was also quite good. Prices were average. The absurd thing is paying 14 euros for agnolotti with roast gravy and 17 euros for a child's pasta with butter! Madness! Mediocre service.
