We ordered a gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free birthday cake, so we opted for a Torta Senza (Free Cake), and the carrot, almond, and coconut option we were offered was a hit with the whole family! The food is always excellent, whether you dine in or take out. A complete meal consisting of a grain-based first course, a protein-rich second course, and a super-balanced side dish is satisfying without weighing you down, and everything is always delicious! Macrobiotic cuisine is almost entirely vegetarian, with a few exceptions for fish, and there are many vegan options. Vegan desserts are spectacular in technique and flavor!
