Perfect diner in a pleasant neighborhood, just outside the center. Creative cooking, Mediterranean but not exclusively Italian. We shared lovely filled zucchini flowers, after I had perfectly cooked vegetables with couscous and then tasty, soft tartare. And I shared on of the best creamy deserts. My wife had a similar experience with a perfect ravioli and cod. Good wine list by the glas. Cooking is not salty, perfectly awakened the day after.

Piazza Tasso’s best-kept secret: Where else can you sip your Prosecco with Parliament playing in the background? Fresh, local, seasonal ingredients, interesting and unexpected flavour and colour combinations, wines chosen with taste and attention: just go, you won’t be disappointed.
Maybe call ahead - it’s not a very big place, but attracts a very international crowd.

Eight of us showed up at 10:30 PM, and the owner was very kind and, even though the kitchen was closing, allowed us to dine. The food was excellent, but it's courtesy. I recommend it.

A very happy coincidence and discovery for us during a stay in Florence at the end of August 🤩 extremely friendly welcome (owner, waiter and cook) for a simple and excellent dinner... with a "limoncello" touch to finish 😉

I had dinner here with a friend and it was a wonderful experience.
Delicious food, a menu that combines tradition with something innovative and different!
The manager is extremely kind and attentive to customers.
The price was in line with the quality of the food. Highly recommended!

Habíamos hecho una reserva y nos sentamos rápidamente. Para los aperitivos el chef nos ofreció servir 2 medias porciones para que pudiéramos probar diferentes aperitivos que ambos eran excelentes; bruschetta y flores de calabacín. Como plato principal teníamos la bistecca alla fiorentina. La carne estaba perfectamente cocinada y sabía excelente! Una razón por la que fuimos aquí fue que compran su carne de un carnicero local! El vino que el propietario recomendó fue de un productor ecológico local y era genial con la carne. Excelente servicio y precios razonables - muy recomendable!
